On this day in history:
November 23rd, 2009 | Thanksgiving might have been yesterday, but today in history the Divas celebrated the holiday with costumes and a “Mayflower Melee”. The babyfaces (Kelly Kelly, Melina and Mickie James) were dressed as Native Americans. The heels (Jillian, Layla and Michelle McCool) were dressed as pilgrims and made their entrance to colonial music, looking none too pleased with the situation. Layla and Michelle eventually ditched Jillian, who was soon pinned by Melina. After the match, the Gobbledy Gooker, who watched the match at ringside, came into the ring and attacked Melina. The person in the suit revealed itself as Maryse, making a surprise return after being on the injured list since July. Well, that’s one way to make a dramatic return!

I REALLY miss Jillian, I’ve always loved Jillian even since Smackdown with that stupid growth. I saw she had a tryout with TNA and they liked her.. hopefully they’ll seal a deal.

I remember watching this and marking like a bitch, even though I wasn’t a huge Maryse fan. It was just such a unique way to return. Plus Maryse’s reaction when she sees herself on the tron still in the turkey legs is hilarious.
