Could WWE developmental Diva Paige be on her way to a TV screen near you?
In a positive sign for her future, the NXT Diva from Norfolk, England competed at last night’s SmackDown live event in Columbia, South Carolina.
The young Diva teamed with fellow Brit, Layla, to defeat the team of Natalya and Aksana.
WWE personality Ricardo Rodriguez tweeted his congratulations to the Diva, writing: “Oh and go follow @RealPaigeWWE who had her first WWE (nonFCW/NXT) match here tonight!”
Paige, formerly known as Britani Knight on the independent scene, is the daughter of reigning SHIMMER Champion, Saraya Knight, and a former Pro-Wrestling: EVE Champion in the UK.

Man,hope this means she’s gonna be called up soon,and hopefully as a face since I think she can be the next Lita as she’s an alternative to all the other divas just like Lita was

I agree. Even if it isn’t Knight, I would love for her to have more bepth to her than just ‘Paige’. I wish they would use AJ Lee, Naomi Knight, etc… for a lot of the new Divas. With changes hopefully coming to the Divas Division, I think it would be wise to make these Superstars that just-so- happen-to-be women more dynamic.
Even Tamina Snuka and Natalya Neidhart. I feel like if you have someone that is a 2nd or 3rd Generation star and has the last name to prove it, the WWE, you should ABSOLUTELY use it for everything it’s worth. The last 3rd Generation ‘Diva’ that I can name was Luna Vachon- and she (in my opinion, one of the best women’s wrestlers that have ever been in WWE/WCW/ECW…
There’s always a few special Divas that can go by just one name. Like Ivory, Chyna, Lita, etc… We have Aksana, we can have Kaitlyn- we will hopefully have Kharma back, which would be a god… or McMahon-send.

I love Paige but I hope she doesnt debut soon. If she does that will mess up WWE current plans. When Paige does debut shell be a main diva but if she des it soon she’ll mess up te Eve/AJ feud. I think that the AJ/Eve feud will be the turned into an AJ/Kharma feud so Eve can go on her honeymoon. After Kharma has defeated everyone then have Paige debut.

AJ vs Eve is at WM. If you didn listen to te Kharma interview she said we would she her soon. The perfect time for ther to return would be at WM. If Kharma returns at WM & AJ wins the title the feud could continue at 3 months after WM. & even if she doesnt come back the Eve/AJ feud would last at least until Extreme Rules.

YES YES YES!!!!! Have Kharma return at WM and attack Eve then fued with AJ till Summer Slam and have Paige as a Saeed type character then the big pay off would either be AJ vs Paige vs Kharma or AJ vs Eve vs Paige vs Kharma at WM (which hopefully in Texas for 30 so I can see it).

Ummm kharma was RELEASED that means she wont be returning to wwe, unless wwe resigned her which i doubt because in that interview you were talking about kharma was talking about returning to the independent cirtcuit and possibly returning to japan depending on how her upcoming trip there goes….

If I were a gambling man, I’d bet Paige becomes The Sheild’s valet before WrestleMania 29. That seems like the logical thing to do, and it would be a great way to phase her into the main roster.
Then again, this is WWE we’re talking about.

Paige has such a moveset and charisma that she could easily at least damage a man till the rest of the shield intervene, a valet until things go sour and she jumps in, imagine Paige getting shell shocked, oh I can just imagine how magnificently she’d sell it

Well, the Shield are a group of “rookies” and their main goal is to take out certain members of the roster, so that they can control storylines. In order to restore what is “right” in the company theyll nee dto expand. what better way than to introduce Paige as that next “rookie” and add her to the Shield so that she can basically manage the divas division? Thats just one way that I think the WWE could make a smooth transfer with her, plus with semi-involvement in the men’s storylines, she’ll be able to get more fan focus. Thats how greats like Trish, Lita, Chyna, and now apparently AJ have been able to be way over with the crowd as a whole.

Guys lets not get excited. Remember Naomi is arguably one of the best athletes male or female on the roster and she has been relegated to being a glorified gogo girl.
Secondly Paige should NOT debut until after WM, why? she’ll be lost in the shuffle from now up until then, with no promo, vignettes or a proper feud she’ll just be another diva in one of the most uninteresting/uninspiring divisions of all time.

I don’t see her debutting on the main roster before next year alone because of her age and the wwe politics.
However, this could mean that she will called up in the next 3 to 6 months which is a good thing.

I think your negativity is preventing you from seeing that there is some sort of a improvement in the division.I’m not saying that Paige is gonna single-handedly going to fix the division,but she won’t hurt it.AJ proved that the management is going to invest in you if you show you can handle it.Imo Eve is petted by the management too,it’s just that she miss the charismatic part when she’s out there in the ring,but still they invest enough to trust her with the title.Kaitlyn is building up as a great alternative of the bad and snarky Eve and she gets some what of a reaction from the crowd which is something rather than the nothing it was for the past 2-3 years.
As far as Beth and Nattie. Beth is a great power wrestler…but she cant really connect with the average wwe fan and it showed every week in WWE. Nattie on other hand have both things,but just can’t fit into the stereotype of the divas.What WWE needs is to break the stereotype and Paige can help with that.If the fans like her WWE won’t have any other option,but to make it work.

Im not negative at all but the division is still bad restrictions on what moves they can do 30 seconds to 3 minute matches & the shittiest of storylines…
if wwe let the women wrestle,a good storyline for once & some mic time the division would improve…

I read somewhere that WWE allows people to join the developmental roster when they’re 18, but they can’t join the main roster until they’re 21.
Can anyone tell me if the age limit is an actual rule or not?
It makes sense for her to join the main roster by WrestleMania 29, but if rules apply, she won’t be capable until SummerSlam 26.

she was 19, but things were different back then. I think Sunny was 20 when she made her WWF debut.
