In addition to helping them secure a victory, a wrestler’s finishing move can also serve as an extension of their personality and in-ring style. From Lita‘s moonsault to the Sable Bomb to the Glam Slam to the Widow’s Peak, there were and are many finishing moves as memorable as they are devastating. Which move, then, is the best of them all?
Based on your nominations, we picked the 16 most popular moves to advance to our knock-out bracket tournament. Ironically, and I mentioned this particular widow’s peak in a previous round, the widow’s peak Victoria/Tara gave Molly at the 2004 royal rumble pre-show was one of my favorites!

Widows Peak will win, which is a damn shame IMO. The Molly-Go-Round was innovative on Molly’s behalf, it wasn’t recycled like most of the finishers on the list.

Anyway, WIDOW’S PEAK for sure!!! To me all finishers from the top rope just aren’t impactful. They are flashy and some may hirt but by no means are they impactfu. The WP is awesome and when she sets up for it you just know what’s coming.

“Widow’s Peak” FTW, which is ironic because Molly is the one who gave Victoria/Tara that move. BTW, I don’t understand how the “O-Face” beat the “Voodoo Drop.” Final two should’ve been “Voodoo Drop” vs “Widow’s Peak.” Athena better not make it to the finals.

Even though I’m a big Molly fan, I have to go with the Widow’s Peak. I was never big on the Molly-Go-Round. I could never buy it that someone would just stand there for the length of time it took for Molly to step out of the ring, climb to the top rope, steady herself and jump off.
