Three Women’s Matches for FWE iPPV: Gail Kim, Maria Kanellis and More in Action

fwe-no-limitsNew York-based Family Wrestling Entertainment has announced three big women’s matches for its next Internet pay per view, No Limits, on February 16.

In a night filled with former Divas and Knockouts, FWE Women’s Champion Maria Kanellis will defend against the former Angelina Love, Angel Williams.

Former WWE developmental star and Tough Enough contestant Ivelisse Velez (Sofia Cortez) faces fellow SHINE competitor, Reby Sky.

And finally, current TNA Knockout Gail Kim takes on a former one in Katarina, aka Katie Lea/Winter.

If that’s not enough, former WWE Divas Champion Maryse Ouellet returns to the commentary booth, providing vocals for the evening.

The iPPV airs on WWNLive.com at 8.30pm ET on Feb. 16th.

Thoughts: Sounds like a loaded line-up. It’s interesting to see Gail on the card as TNA talents aren’t usually allowed to appear on rival pay per views, Internet or otherwise. Ivelisse vs Reby piques my curiosity the most on this card, I’d say; I’m interested to see how they work together.

    All these three matches do sound interesting, but I have to agree with you Melanie, I too am interested to see how Reby and Ivelisse would work together.

    Just for the record, I dont think they’ll be airing the Gail/Katarina on the actual iPPV and its more of a dark match for those in attendance, though I could be wrong. Either way, this looks like a nice card. Im actually liking the look of the Ivelisse/Reby match the most, but this looks like a fun card either way. Here’s hoping Rosita can make more appearances at FWE now that she isn’t in TNA anymore.

    i would say shes improved. if you watch maria vs katarina leigh on youtube there is full match.

    I think Ivelisse will tear Reby apart. That’s what I wanna see the most. And I love Maryse’s commentary. She clearly picks the side of the former divas and calls the TNA girls trash it’s entertaining

    I’ve seen some matches of FWE their pretty darn good (better than TNA) and all but I’m annoyed they only seem to book people who have to do with mainstream wrestling.
