I know she/he misspelled it, but it is implied and that is annoying since Kaitlyn is anything but fat. Either way, not very nice insulting women and how they look. These divas get enough criticism.

@MoonPiggy – You’re entitled to your opinion as is everyone, but the insults and name calling is uncalled for. That’s the difference there. Why are you calling them pigs and dogs? That is not an opinion sweetie, not even a fact. It’s flat out insults. Desist and I think we can all get along. Peace =)
Now onto the topic – I’m so happy for Kaitlyn. This is coming from somebody who disliked her at first, but there’s no denying her hard work and the progress she has made. This isn’t to say that there’s no room for improvement. We’d be fooling ourselves if we say she’s the best that she can be. This is very similar to when Stratus first became champion. We’re going to watch Kaitlyn grow and prove herself week after week. And the great thing about it is, she is proud to be the Champ and she has something to prove. I hope this match with Aksana is a big improvement from their past encounters and these reports are always exaggerated and unfair to the ladies. I’m sure it’ll be better than what we’ve read.

I doubt Nattie or Alicia get a feud. Maybe a match or two but not a real feud. Tamina, Lay and AJ are the only ones who they’d use for this at this point.

The only way Layla might get a feud is if she turned heel. That would be interesting, but I doubt it will happen. Tamina might get a one-off match, but probably no more than that. As much as I love Nattie, I’ve lost all hope of WWE pulling their heads out of their collective ass and giving her a good feud or even letting her near that belt again.
I’d be willing to bet anything that AJ vs Kaitlyn will be the next real Divas title feud, and I’m pretty sure AJ will eventually be the next champ.

4. WWE Divas Champion Kaitlyn defeated Aksana. It seemed like the crowd could care less about either Diva. Kaitlyn won with her finisher after basically controlling the entire match.

I was hoping they had something better for Kaitlyn’s first show as the champ. Quite frankly, Aksana’s work lately has been pretty bad IMO. Her gimmick doesn’t lend itself to good matches, and her and Kaitlyn haven’t exactly brought out the best in each other in their recent encounters. If Kaitlyn needs an opponent lined up for RR, how about Tamina?

I could see Tamina winning a battle royal this Monday and face Kaitlyn at the Rumble. Or they could do a tag match like they did last year at the ppv and Tamina could get the winning pinfall somehow and she sets her sights on Kaitlyn from there.

Tamina is terrible, she seriously is. With the training that she has, she should be better then what she is. What Kaitlyn needs is in ring general whom she can face, like what Eve was. Alicia Fox, Natalya or even Layla or even AJ (if she will be wrestling) should be facing Kaitlyn. But I wouldn’t be surprised if Tamina does end up the one being a number one contender. I mean I find it so funny, that WWE has gave Tamina so many pushes and yet she always fails though WWE seems always a little interested in her, while Alicia or Nattie, got one or two chances and proven to be good and actually got crowd reactions but always seem to be on the bottom line.

I think WWE was hoping Aksana would connect with the crowd like Maryse did, so they had no problem releasing her at the time. Seeing it now though, Maryse she is not. I do hope Aksana comes into her own. She has yet to show me why I would want to cheer her.

I read on another site that the crowd was totally dead for this match and it was basically a squash with Kaitlyn controlling the whole thing. Hopefully, that account is wrong, but Aksana hasn’t really done very well in her past few matches. They should have just gone with a sort of “friendly” match between her and Nattie. They could have done a backstage segment with Nattie congratulating Kaitlyn to set up that it’s a face vs face match. Then, let them have had a solid back and forth match with Nattie putting Kaitlyn over and making her look like a strong/capable champ in her first post-win match.
Of course, WWE can never do anything with the Divas that requires more than a second’s worth of though and effort.

Smackdown as a whole looks like they didn’t put much thought into much of the show. Hopefully stuff comes off better when it airs.

I SO hate squash matches!
Alone for the fact that Kaitlyn and Aksana have some backstory, they could make a good back and forth match between them before Kaitlyn picks up the win.
Most of all since Aksana is also a strong girl and could deliver a good match if they would let her.
Truly hope that they won’t let everyone be squashed by Kaitlyn all of sudden cause it won’t put her over.
It will only make the creatives look bad as usuall for trying to put another diva related title reign into a void of nothingness and get everyone to dislike the champion.
It looks as if everytime a face holds the belt they are clueless on what to do with it (see Laylas reign as example).

Just seen the match. There is a segment before it with Alicia, Layla, Booker, Teddy and Kaitlyn. Layla is funny in this one.
The match itself was not bad as in some reports. Actually, way better than the last they had. Kaitlyn won with a spear.
Hoping for a battle royal for a #1 contender next Monday!
