Add original Knockout Traci Brooks to the list of former talent who turned down the chance to appear at TNA’s Knockouts-only pay per view taping this past weekend.
The company is due to film the taped show – titled “One Night Only: TNA Knockout Knockdown” – next weekend to help fill the gap left by TNA’s decision to only air four live pay per views per year.
Hot on the heels of former Knockouts Champion Angelina Love revealing she won’t be on the show, Traci wrote back to a fan: “I won’t be there I had to decline, this time!”
@genuine_risk sorry Linda I won’t be there I had to decline, this time!
— Traci Brooks (@TheTraciBrooks) March 8, 2013
Despite two former stars turning down the offer, thankfully for TNA, they have a slew of women on their alumni list to go along with the current Knockouts.

I am just wondering, If this becomes a thing, to where most of the knockouts decline..What exactly are they going to do to fill this card for the KO’s part of the ppv? I could see this going places I don’t want It to go.

Wow former ko’s turning tna down left and right maybe call up some ovw girls maybe not the ovw women champion jessebelle she sign to be on wow wrestling tv show her big debut was last night

I did have a feeling that Traci would be asked and she would decline.
When they first announced the strip of the the PPV’s and added the taped ones, here is what they said about the Knockouts PPV:
“TNA Knockouts Knockdown – One night Knockout tournament with the first round being all stipulation matches and the final four in a “test of their stamina” to see who the final victor is.”
So, if this is how they are doing it, then they will need 8 knockouts for this PPV and now they are saying it’s to crown the true queen of TNA, they may be scrapping the 8 knockout thing.
They currently have 8 in-ring knockouts so if they are doing the tournament, then they will only need about 4 ex-knockouts.

Probably only get Rosie Lottalove

Since TNA’s idea of a “huge surprise” is D-Lo Brown, maybe they can replace Angelina and Traci with The Kat and B.B.

OMG I would love for BB to return to TNA, she is the first female in TNA to hold a title MIss TNA

What’s scary is that I could actually see that happening (if not actually Kat and B.B. then two people with about as much relevancy).

I meant like how all nearly all of the former Divas (that had any relevance) turned it down leaving them with Jackie Gayda and Joy Giovani as their “big names”.

Molly Holly was there and she actually looked quite good and sexy like she had never left from her 2000 version. I miss her so much!
Sunny was also there, too bad she wasn’t in Sunny shape to shake her boobies like she used to. It would have been better if they did this…
Lita, Trish, Sable, Sunny, Torrie Wilson, Stacy Keibler, Jazz, Molly Holly, Jacqueline, Victoria, Nidia, The Kat, Terri Runnels, Linda Miles, Jillian Hall, Dawn Marie, Ivory, Gail Kim, Mickie James, Beth Phoenix, Melina, Eve Torres, LayCool, Tori Poch, and Chyna in the end.
TNA still has plenty of options. Former knockouts or former WWE Divas. Hamada, Sojo Bolt, Alissa Flash, and even Daffney they could reach out to. I know they’re not exactly friendly, but it could work if they’re willing to agree on something long term. Also, April Hunter, Trinity, Jacqueline, Winter, Daizee Haze, MsChif, Madusa, Melina, Jillian Hall.

Kia Stevens has just posted on Twitter that she has also declined the offer to return for the PPV.
Three original Knockouts all declining the offer, I am personally very glad Kia has declined, as I am still holding out that she will eventually be re-signed by WWE.

i think if we look at most of knockouts from TNA Past
i think the strong, strong possibility of showing up are
Jacqueline (favorite girl to go to)
Cheerleader Melissa (because they get two characters)
Sojo Bolt (TNA recently reached out to her, but she refused)
STrong ones that wont be showing up
Roxxi (disrespected her)
Kharma (she said herself she would never go back )
Daffney (lawsuit)
Rosie Lottalove (retired from wrestling)
Lacey Von Erich (retired from wrestling)
Taylor Wilde (retired form wrestling )
Rhaka Khan (bad history)
that is alot of the last few years knockouts except Hamada and Salainas, they might appear, but highly doubt it, so i have no clue who they will get prob some indie women like April Hunter and AMber o Neil again like the last one

SoJo also works for TNA’s development territory OVW, so that also pushes her chances somewhat.
GrrMonster Reply:
March 10th, 2013 at
Sojo always been in OVW, before TNA became developmental so that doesn’t count.
at
Yeah… I think she’s lying, unless she has something else happening on those dates I don’t see why she wouldn’t. She’s best friends with Gail & Christy and she’s married to Frankie Kazarian.
jonboi Reply:

Maybe because the way they picked her up & then droped her just as fast. But gotta agree I think somones going to show up out of the KOs who tweeted they won’t be there
perceval Reply:

Wasn’t that what people were saying going into Wrestlemania 25, that surely some of those people saying they wouldn’t be there would?
They can always use the OVW roster in a pinch.

She can’t compete in a ring anymore due to her previous injuries, so this could be one of the issues.
Still remember her fighting against Luna in the independant circuit in a hardcore match years ago though. :)
You wouldn’t recognize her or barely if at all because she was so young. ^_^

that match was brilliant, i only came across it a couple of months ago. luna kicked her ass but tracy did hold her own for a while.

Well I think we can all agree that they wont be asking Daffney anytime soon since she FINALLY got compensated for her injuries after fighting TNA for the last 2 years!

Kong Daffney Roxxi and Traci DECLINED!!
Sojo Bolt and wonder who else?

Roxxi will be more likely to decline too due to her commitments in fitness.
So we might see Sarita (If she’s not busy in Japan), Cheerleader Melissa, Jackie Moore, and Hamada but the bad news is they will be putting over the current knockouts.
at
Let’s see TNA Knockouts:
Alissa Flash
Angelina Love
Awesome Kong
Christy Hemme
Cookie
Daffney
Gail Kim
Hamada
Hannah Blossom
Holly Blossom
Jackie Gayda
Jacqueline
Lacey Von Erich
Lei’D Tapa
Madison Rayne
Mickie James
Miss Tessmacher
ODB
Payton Banks
Rhaka Khan
Rosie Lottalove
Rosita
Roxxi
Salinas
Sarita
Sojourner Bolt
Taeler Hendrix
Tara
Taylor Wilde
Traci Brooks
Trinity
Velvet Sky
Winter
32 Knockouts and many of them retired, many declined, few are on the roster. But it wouldn’t be good if any of the past Knockouts don’t show up.
at
I have a small list of former knockouts I wanna see back:
1) Kim Nielson akd Desire (She competed on biggest loser and came in second place) Is looking great btw. I am still surprised that WWE or TNA did not reach out to her after the biggest looser.
2) Trinity one of the original knockouts
3) BB
4) Francine
5) Jackie Moore
6) Serelda,,, she had a feud with Gail Kim,,, giant white women
7) Return of Karen Angle
at
I dont blame everyone for turning tna down, I mean look at how u treated them, when they was with you. I really dont see no difference between WWE and TNA in how they treat women, just look at who the ko champ is currently Velvet Sky when their r kos like ODB, Mickie, and Brooke
at
Well another Former Knockout Down, former WWE diva BB, Said on Twitter, that she was never asked to appear on the show, so she wont be there
at
A shame. Traci always had potential to be and do more in TNA, but it just never panned out. I was hoping her servitude to Karen Jarrett would lead to a more substantial role in the Knockouts division.
Oh well. There’s always Cody Deaner.
at
I want Jaqueline :D
at
that sucks. tracy vs gail would have been cool to see again.
