Well readers, it’s been a while hasn’t it?
The “Road To WrestleMania” is never really kind to Divas, but this year we haven’t really been given anything to work with. The Divas Champion, Kaitlyn, is hardly ever on television. And the only other Diva with notoriety at this point is AJ Lee, and she’s currently stuck in an unbearable angle with Dolph Ziggler, that in my humble opinion, has completely killed both of their pushes. But alas, last night something happened. It wasn’t extradionary by any means. It wasn’t Earth-shattering, or a game changer, or anything else like that. But it was brilliant. It was beautiful. And it was so incredibly amazing that there’s no doubt in my mind our own Bobby still hasn’t recovered.
What on Earth am I talking about? Well, BEHOLD!!!! Watch the segment with your own eyes.
You might be asking yourselves, why is this relevant and what does it have to do with the Divas? Well, first of all Fandango definitely has Diva attitude if I’m being honest, and I absolutely love it. Secondly, he has a sassy ballroom dancer as part of his entrance which makes the Dancing With the Stars fan in me absolutely explode with joy. And third? Well, his lips uttered the name of Naomi last night. And shocker of shocks, she seemed to like it, no?
Naomi was going to say Fandango’s name, she really was. But Sweet Tea had to spoil the moment. Once again, Fandango denied us his presence and left the building. But… BUT!!! Perhaps a few seeds were planted? Could we eventually end up seeing Brodus versus Fandango, with Naomi turning heel? Heck if I know at this point, but I’m pretty amazed a measly segment with some of the more random characters in the company got me excited more so than Rock/Cena II ever could.
Something else amazing happened last night and maybe, just maybe it could open up the door for more potential. My beloved Bella Twins, Brie and Nikki, returned in a backstage segment that saw them with Rhodes Scholars, much to Kaitlyn’s annoyance.
I’m not sure who got the bright idea to have a Kaitlyn/Cody flirtmance, but hey. We’ll go with it. Now she might end up having to fight a Bella or two. If this is going to spark some type of feud between the Bellas and Kaitlyn, then by all means. Go for it. Anything at this point is better than nothing, and God knows my love for the Bella twins. I just wonder if the WWE are going to be smart enough to realize they can’t do the twin magic thing anymore…
Just sayin’!
Anyway, there wasn’t much happening last night. But I do have a small amount of hope that something is going to develop from what little bit we got to see tonight. If Kaitlyn ends up feuding with the Bellas, that will be incredible. I would like it even more if she ended up with tag team partner in this feud. I’m not sure if I’d necessarily like to see any other girl return, but I know I would like for them to use their FCW girls. But I’ve been saying that for awhile. With the Bellas, they could wrestle the Funkdactyls. Maybe we will end up getting more girls on television. Baby steps and patience.

Naomi has played heel in FCW and she did fine in the role. Plus a while ago, she said that she enjoys playing both face and heel.

Maybe Naomi will turn heel and then feud with Kaitlyn. I think her “storyline” with Fandango will only serve to take her off the Funkdactyls.

Kaitlyn has a rivalry with Tamina, a growing feud with Layla who is turning heel, a starting feud with the Bellas for Cody, she won’t have an other one with Naomi…

This! How awkward would it have been if there was no pop what so ever. I’d love for Maryse to return but her business seems to be doing pretty well, shame :/. Though not an in-ring technician, she knew enough to get by a match & her character was amazing.

I already can see how the NaomI and Fandgo thIng gonna go. NaomI flattered she Is but she’ll turn hIm down. Cameron would take up Fandango on hIs offer. KInd of lIke the Kelly Kelly and Layla feud on ECW. As for the Bellas they better brIng somethIng to thIs dIvIsIon. Hopefully Kelly returns and joIn KaItlyn. Then Kharama returns and destroy all.

I can see Cameron turning heel but can she salsa dance 1st off? 2nd of all it won’t benefit her at all except for more screentime but she wouldn’t do anything except for dance then. & with the Bellas back who will be Kaitlyn’s ally? I really hope its AJ & not Layla.

I’m just going to be honest and say I still can’t tell the Bella’s apart lol love them though and now I can add them back to my WWE 13 universe. Also I’m interested to see where this Naomi/Fandango thing goes. I predict that Naomi will be flattered by his offer but decline. Cameron is gonna accept through jealousy simply because she feels Naomi is getting more spotlight and picking up all of their wins. Cameron did look pissed when Fandango mentioned Naomi. She’s building up and becoming steadily jealous of Naomi.

I would say it would be her desperate for spotlight. Kinda like the Robert Roode/Traci/Payton Banks story Payton joined Robert as a heel but she knew he saw her as replaceable/useless.

If they don’t end up going thru with Laylas heel turn, I’m going to be fucking PISSED.
Everyone keeps saying “I’m fine with the Bellas being back as long as they bring more TV time”.
Honestly… I would rather them keep the Divas on the B-list shows like Superstars rather than having to watch a horrible ]2min match with”twin magic” every week on Raw.

Judging from the Smackdown spoilers I just read, Layla’s turn is still coming. The Bellas had nothing to do with Kaitlyn. A certain other feud though people were throwing around last night may be coming.

Regarding the time they spent off and the size of their boobs on RAW I bet the Bellas’ little retirement has much to do with some plastic surgery and time to recover. Just sayin’ ^^
It’s some great news to have them back and also great to have feuds at last ! Kaitlyn’s reign as a Diva’s Champion is certainly the most boring in the history of the title. I love Kaitlyn and I was really delighted she got the title but I’m upset by how the Divas have been treated since Eve’s departure (btw is it true she will come back after WrestleMania ?). Feuds with Layla, Cody and the Bellas can only lead to a huge mess, can’t wait for it ! :D

- I think I’m one of the few who thinks Cody looks better with facial hair.
- Speaking of facial hair, Sandow on the other hand looks 1000 times better without it (back when he was Aaron “the Idol” Stevens).
Now that my semi-perverted comments are out of the way, I only see Naomi joining Fandango if Cody allows Kaitlyn to turn him completely babyface since that would mean Kaitlyn would remain babyface and would need a strong heel to go against after the typical filler feud/match at Wrestlemania. I could see jealousy pitting the Funkadactyls against one another, but detemining which one would turn heel depends on whether or not Kaitlyn turns heel anytime soon. Since it’s obvious Fandango’s gonna be heel for quite a while, Naomi would HAVE to turn heel if she joined him. As for a Cameron heel turn, I think it’s too early for her considering she doesn’t really have the in-ring ability to back up the heel persona; well, that and Fandango basically told her she had no rhythm or talent along with Tensai and Brodus.

Honestly I don’t get why everyone says they can’t do twin magic anymore. Even though Nikki got implants I’ve still seen people not being able to tell them apart. Some have even said Brie must of got implants too because they didn’t see a difference in breast size. Plus it’s not like the ref is going to checking their tits during the match and most of the time right after the switch they go for the pin. The refs eyes are going to be on the shoulders.

Very surprised to see the Twins back, but I’m also very happy. I’m looking forward to how things continue on from here. Hopefully the WWE can put a tiny bit of effort into this.
I remember last year when The Bellas were hanging around ADR I wanted to see Bellas/ADR vs Brodus/Naomi/Cameron. Sadly it never came to be.

It was easy to tell them apart even before Nikki got bigger breast. You can tell them apart when they speak because both of them sound differently when they talk.

I think Layla (face) will beat Kaitlyn at WM then the Bella’s will feud with Layla . Then kharma will return we well have a great division.
The whole thing with niaomi I think will eventually turn Cameron heel because shell get jealous

I’m so glad that the bellas have returned! I’m so excited. Can you imagine? The divas divisions are just preparing to rise above other divisions. In other words, I call it conquest. WWE is thinking about on how they can make the divas look better and planning the way they will push the divas. And speaking of imagination, the Bellas are going to be the champion soon. LOVE IT
