SHINE 13 Lineup Revealed: Title Match and Three Debuts Announced

Following last night’s SHINE 12, SHINE Wrestling has already announced the roster for SHINE 13, and what a show it’s set to be.

Following the aftermath of last night’s main event, SHINE Champion Rain will put her belt on the line against Angelina Love.

Notable returns include Valkyrie members, Made in Sin (Allysin Kay and Taylor Made), Leah Von Dutch and Taeler Hendrix.

The show will also feature three debuts: Pro Wrestling: EVE Champion Nikki Storm, WSU’s Nevaeh and Canadian indy star Xandra Bale.

The whole list of those appearing can be viewed on the iPPV’s Facebook event.

SHINE 13 takes place Friday, September 27th at 9pm ET.

Are you excited to see the announced title match?

Awesome to see Nikki Storm on the roster and LVD returning.

I’ll cling to the faint hope that Santana will be in singles competition, but the presence of Amber suggests they’ll be working as a team now for the foreseeable future.

The Angelina title match is a little out of the blue, considering that Havok had to wrestle a Number One contenders match to get her shot, whereas Angelina’s just kind of walked into it on the back of a couple of wins and post match save.

And after all the confusion about the whole Eerie/Su Yung angle, it doesn’t look like CVE is going to be at the next show. Unless she’s just yet to be confirmed, but that list already looks pretty complete.

Well, Angelina was the last woman to defeat Rain in a one-on-one match, doing so at SHINE 10.

      • Monkey Tennis

True. But Shine specifically made a point to highlight that there wasn’t a No.1 contender for Rain’s title, even going so far as to release that video from Lexie making the three way match.

Surely if Angelina’s victory over Rain makes her a contender she should either have been the first to get a title shot or the three way match should have been a four way.

It’s not really a huge problem. I just would have liked to see a little more build to it than simply a post match Botox Injection.

I think they played on it because of the tiny feud Rain had with Angelina Prior to the tournament in which Angelina got the last win.:)

Looking foward to see if SHINE has the intention to create a SHINE Tag Team Champions. I think it can be really good for the mid-card girls like Su Yung, Leah Von Dutch and Heidi Lovelace for example.

And, well, I was hoping Santana to have the chance to be the next #1 Contender. I don’t understand the fact that she was not called yet to a major company like WWE; she has the look, the charisma, great ring skills. She deserves it. I can see her being one great babyface on television! Imagine… Santana as a Babyface against a Heel Paige for the Divas Champion.

    At least I can dream…

They are already building up the Tag Team Division in SHINE and Lexi said that they are planning to debut Tag Team Titles next year. :)

  • David Wilson

Well I guess whatever the issue Angelina was rumored to have got cleared up…

  • BorisG

I want Angelina back to TNA.

  • Art Of Professional Wrestling

    Great line up.
I personally would love to see the shimmer titles get defended more on each show
