No Mercy Results: Alexa Bliss retains the Raw Women’s Championship

Tonight at No Mercy Alexa Bliss was able overcome the odds to retain her Raw Women’s Championship against four other opponents in Bayley, Emma, Nia Jax and Sasha Banks.

Temporary allegiances were formed throughout the match, which at one point included Emma, Bayley, Alexa and Sasha working together to deliver a powerbomb on Nia Jax from the ring apron.

With Nia momentarily down, the rest of the competitors scrambled in the ring looking to score the first fall.

Sasha was able to lock in the Bank Statement on Alexa but Bayley managed to run in to break the submission hold. From there Bayley connected a Belly-to-Bayley to Alexa and went for a cover of her own but Sasha was able to make a save.

When Nia re-entered the match, she connected a leg drop to Sasha, nearly winning the match had Emma not broken up the pin.

In the end, Alexa was able to sidestep a charge attack from Nia, causing the latter to crash onto the ring post. Alexa then turned her focus to Bayley to hit a DDT for the three count win.
