WWE and NXT stars get married

There have been a few new unions in WWE locker room coming out of 2018, including: Sarah Logan and Raymond Rowe, Bianca Belair and Montez Ford, and Zelina Vega and Aleister Black. Longtime couple, and members of SAnitY, Nikki Cross and Killian Dain, are the latest couple to get married.

To mark the occasion, Dain tweeted a picture of the couple sporting wedding rings, with the caption: “Only took us 10 and a half years but when it’s right, its right. I love you…”

Nikki followed it up with a cute twist on the 10 Year challenge; a trend that made its way from Facebook to Twitter, where a user posts a picture from 2008 next to a current picture. Cross posted a picture of the young couple in their early days along with the caption: First photo and most recent, 2008 and 2019.

Nikki and Killian, relationship dates back to their time working the indie circuit. They both worked at Glasgow based promotion, Insane Championship Wrestling (ICW), and eventually made their way to WWE. Cross debuted on NXT in April of 2016 but didn’t become the character we know and love until later that year.

SAnitY made their debut at the second annual Dusty Rhodes Annual Tag Team Classic tournament, with original members: Eric Young, Alexander Wolfe, Sawyer Fulton, and Nikki Cross. Dain, formerly known as Big Damo, eventually replaced Fulton, who was written off after an unfortunate pec injury sidelined him.

The three core members of the stable made their debut on SmackDown Live last April, while Nikki finished out her run on NXT. Subsequently, she’s one of the new “fresh faces” coming to the main roster sometime this year. She has already made appearances on both Raw and SmackDown, leaving some fans hoping she will eventually be reunited with Killian and her stablemates.

Nevertheless, congratulations to Nikki Cross and Killian Dain. Here’s to ten more years together.
