Aubrey Edwards makes history and becomes full time for AEW

AEW’s female referee Aubrey Edwards made history last night at their All Out pay-per-view. She became the first woman to referee the main event on a pay-per-view.

She officiated the main event for the inaugural AEW World Championship between Chris Jericho and Hangman Adam Page. In the end, Jericho would become their first champion. During the match, there was an interaction between Edwards and Jericho.

Although she was already signed to AEW, Edwards has announced today that she is officially full time. She is looking forward to continuing with the company as they start their television deal with the TNT network on Oct. 2.
