Kim Nielsen Finishes Second on ‘Biggest Loser’

Former TNA Knockout and one time WWE developmental signee, Kim “Desire” Nielsen has finished in second place tonight during the live finale of reality weight loss competition show, The Biggest Loser.

Kim entered the competition sixteen weeks ago weighing in at 252 pounds and ended tonight at a mere 134, having lost a total of 118 pounds and 46.83 % of body weight overall. Nielsen placed second to fellow contestant, Jeremy Britt and was just 11 pounds shy of walking away with the title of “The Biggest Loser”.

Despite the second place victory, Kim was announced as the winner of the Presidential Active Lifestyle Award and will receive a brand new gym built in her hometown for attaining the most fan response amongst the final six contestants in the challenge.

Congratulations to Kim on all of the success. Anyone who saw the episode tonight can tell how hard she worked to achieve her “Knockout” figure once again!

i watched and was really disappointed when she lost, but i am so proud of her. And earlier this season she won a new car!

She was pretty much at the limit- to win, she would have had to have ended up at 123, which ironically would have made her UNDERweight by a couple of pounds.

Exactly. She’s 38 years old and they expected her to be at below 125 pounds to win, which wouldn’t have been healthy weight for a woman who’s heading into her 40’s.

The funny thing is, the guy who won hadn’t completely lost his fat, while kim had. It wasn’t fair.

That’s always been one of the major problems, since they go strictly by percentage of original weight lost and not something like BMI difference.

Plus on another couple of boards I frequent, people loathed this result because the guy who won (and his sister, who was the other finalist) apparently were nasty to others who weren’t in their game alliance the whole season…I don’t know, I’m usually watching DWTS and keeping an eye out for the SD spoilers on Tuesdays.

I think Conda was worse than her brother Jeremy was.

But still horrible result in my opinion. The only way Kim could’ve won was by becoming anoxeric. It’s ridiculous that the percentage is all that matters.

Though I am happy that Conda the cobra didn’t win.

I wanted her to win so bad. She completely achieved her goal and returned to her former body, but was only a few pounds shy of winning.

She couldn’t have lost anymore pounds without entering the unhealthy zone for a woman her age.

Way 2 go Kim! Such an inspiration!

This is pathetic, she should’ve won!!

    ANGRY CHOKO!!!!!
