    Ivelisse !

  • Homewrecker.Stu

    Never heard of Lei’d tbh.

    Go Ivelisse!

  • JillianHallTNA

Well it’s so obvious that TNA will sign Ivelisse. Especially since one of the judges thinks that female wrestlers must be sexy. At least something interesting to watch on TNA this week :)

    • SoooSooo96

I don’t think that will be on tv
because there is already a KO match Velvet vs Tara

      • Spike7000

No they are advertising it for Impact

  • Nostalgia

    I like this girl’s look

    Allright! Ivy!!!

But wait! Who’s this Tapa chick??! She’s actually pretty hot herself!
Fill me in. Anyone know about Tapa?

    • Raekon

She is the niece of “The Barbarian” who had wrestled in WWF and WCW in the mid 90s.

He had teamed mostly with the warlord (still do when they are wrestling in a show), ted dibiase, fatu and others.

She has wrestled for the PWX, SWA, AIWF and other indy Promotions.

She won the AIWF Womens Title last december in a street fight against Mia Svensson.

Her fighting style is the typical “Islander” Style like Taminas, The Usos, Fatu, Rikishi which contents hard kicks, punches, hip attacks (corner or splash) and so on…

  • HollyRobinsonWWE

I’d never heard of Tapa prior to this. Apparently she’s the Barbarian’s niece. She’s pretty good for someone who’s only been going for a year or so. Reminds me of Tamina – big island girl with a power moveset. Ivelisse is pretty obviously going to win, of course.

  • divaindemise

    Tapa looks mean.

saw some of lei’d tapa’s matches on youtube, the girl is pretty good in the ring, anyone want both these girls to get signed, i think both of them would make a great addition to the knockouts roster!! tapa could easily be tna’s version of tamina, but i think tapa’s samoan drop was a lil more devestating than taminas, both velez and tapa have exotic looks and are differant from your average knockout (i.e. velvet, brooke, gail, tara) my only worry is that if they do get signed and i say they cause technically isnt this a tryout for tapa too? that they’ll disappear into the fold like taeler hendrix

    • hemme Wilde

oh and just to clear things up so i dont get heat im a big fan of velvet, brooke, gail, and tara!! followed all of them since they started and will continue to follow them until they retire :)

  • Spike7000

Yeah Tapa is the niece of WWE Legend The Barbarian

  • DjayDay

I saw Tapa on YouTube, and she looks solid. Both would be excellent additions to the division on top of Taeler and Taryn.

Not much is known about Tapa except she had been wrestling a year and a half. She is of Tongan descent and was trained by WWE Legend The Barbarian and George South from the NWA (who also had a hand in training Charlotte and Richie Steamboat)

I wanna see them both battle it out, get signed together, get the knock outs titles from Eric and ODB, and be the ultimate knockout heels.

(and yes, I think Lei is pretty good, never heard of her, just watched one of her matches and it was nice!)

  • SherriShepherdWWE

i kinda would rather see Lei get signed, she seems so unqiue looking and fresh, were as Ivelisse just seems so boring

    • http://twitter.com/sieghrt sieghrt

I don’t find her (Ivelisse) boring. I love Ivelisse its just that I kinda just feel like she’s being on the spot light (indy spot light too much) whereas other indy wrestlers do not get. I kinda share the same sentiment with you wanting “Lei” getting signed by TNA, because I find her fresh, and I see her improving more in the future.

      • SherriShepherdWWE

i totally agree, everything female indy is now Ivelisse this, Ivelisse that,

i think it is totally obvious that TNA is gonna sign Ive, she is one of WWEs sloppy seconds

      • Raekon

I think the reason why she is featured that much lately its because she does a lot for various promotions and was also in various shows (in a big event as a hostess too as far as I remember).

        • therightone

She’s an ex-failed Diva and Prazak needed attention for SHINE.

  • k2evecrew

We all know ivelisse will get signed , hopefully the other chick does too we need new knockouts

  • VarsityBaseDude

Hopefully they hire both and bring them in as a stable… the new blood, Madison then can take charge and do a campaign against them with the other KOs… or she can try anyway, do it TNA!

  • Raekon

Tapa is decent in the ring so far but I’m wondering why they would use a indy wrestler to gutcheck a other indy wrestler? O_o

Most of all since Lei D Tapa is much greener(she wrestles for around 2 years now) than Ivelisse.

Except if they wanna use Ivelisse as a enhancement talent (I hope not) and wanna see if she can carry someone newer?

Also wondering if they would do a heel vs heel.

Otherwise I see Ivelisse playing the face since her moveset allows her to play both roles and she also has in the past (I like her more as a heel though :p ), while Lei is only a heel so far.

Hopefully they will hire both though. :)

  • Getdownwithachola

They could have picked someone better though, Lie is very green, there are tons of women out there way talented than Lie, but maybe Al Snow thinks she is fuckable enough to be a knockout who knows. As of Iveless I will be happy if she gets signed and becomes KO champ someday :) but I’m annoyed to know if she never been to the big E TNA would not give a fuck about her, they are one of those people who believe if WWE hires you then there is something special about you.

  • http://ahlanthony.tumblr.com ahlanthony

Just hire them both since we need younger knockouts. I can see Tara and Gail leaving in the near future.

  • Rhawk

Havent heard much of this Tapa, but its nice to see two women on TNA who arent apart of the current roster, even if Tapa doesn’t get signed at least its someone new and interesting to see on TV, which is why I am somewhat skeptical of Ivelisse being with TNA since she has been on TV before.

Although I can push that aside seeing as we can at least have 1 more knockout in TNA to be used instead of seing the same 5 women constantly, now they’ll have 6! x-P

  • Rhawk

Maybe they can send Lei’d Tapa to OVW if they want to bring in more women but not bring her to the main roster. It would be cool to see more women down there for TNA to count on someday.

  • moogle

I’d find this to be pointing towards Ivellise being signed.

Never heard of Lei, which doesn’t necessarily mean she won’t be signed, but it’s too much of a coincidence that they brought in such a lesser-known wrestler to be put against the girl who everybody has been buzzing to get with TNA.

  • JamieKym

funny that last week was when I first saw Lei’d in action and she instantly became one of my favs.

  • Kessuki

hope they sign both, never heard of lei’d until now and someone above posted a link to one of her matches which i took the pleasure and time to watch and i can say she isnt bad not bad at all. in fact i think she would make a GREAT knockout. her samoan drop is very quick much like a catch and toss onto the back in the same way rikishi delivers it.

lol her appearnce/look reminds me of tina turner from mad max thunderdome.

and she moves better than tamina too. she could also be great as samoa joe’s manager too.
