Video: Paige Meets Her Next Challenger

Following her big win at NXT ArRIVAL, NXT Women’s Champion Paige spoke to Renee Young, complimenting her opponent Emma and calling her a friend.

She is soon interrupted by WWE Hall of Famer Ric Flair, who introduces his daughter Charlotte, predicting that she would be Paige’s next challenger.

Charlotte stands tall over Paige, telling her that she will be the Diva that takes away her belt.

Interesting, they never faced on NXT before so I’m looking forward to it.

  • Jen7201

I want Ric Flair to become Charlotte’s manager

    • Marshy

It looks like Knight VS Flair, second generation lady wrestlers will be in a combatant stage over a title and Paige looks like one of those types that won’t be backing down from a fight, cause those eyes have said ” Bring it on Bit**, I am not scare of you.

Charlotte interrupts Emma after NXT ArRIVAL:/ youtu.be/6OaKCQ8lwuk

LOL @ emma. She was thinking, “Bitch, I’m on the main roster, I’m not scared of yo ass!” LMAO

    • ssilva872

I actually am starting to like Charlotte ‘Giant’ more now!

Having her dad as a manager certainly helps since I really love Flair in that role.

If built up right she could be a good champion.

But wasn’t her angle before her heel turn that she didn’t want to be compared to/associated with her father?

        • ssilva872

This is WWE they think the fans have fish-like memories so they will do what they want to do regardless of it making sense or not.. :(

        • Mariah_Scarey#TheRealWinner

Yea but that was face Charlotte, heel Charlotte dosnt mind apparently…..

    • Mariah_Scarey#TheRealWinner

Flair being his daughters manager works, I like Charlotte better now because flair is there with her, he has enough charisma to make her a star.

  • Art Of Professional Wrestling

Its possible, i hope Charlottes fully recovered from her injury.

    • BorisG

She is, she wrestled house shows and latest NXT tapings.

      • Art Of Professional Wrestling

Thats Great, shes ready to go! :)

  • WWEve

I rather Bayley or Sasha Banks take away the belt from Paige… But Charlotte isn’t a bad third choice…

  • charovnica

Yuck…Charlotte is not ready,I’d rather her stick to the feud with Bayley while Sasha takes on for the title.

  • redsandman99

I’ll be fine with a Paige/Charlotte feud but mostly if Charlotte has more of a personality than being Summer’s flunky like Sasha has unfortunately been on TV the past few months.

  • Matty Marie

    Oh….it’s about to go down!

    But, wrong generational diva WWE.

  • Jtiera

I was hoping it would be Bayley or Sasha. I’m not all the way here with Charlotte yet. I’d take Raquel before Charlotte.

  • Jen7201

I was so hoping for Bayley to be the next one to challenge Paige so Paige could turn heel on her

    • Sehppan Bennett

Paige heel turn? No, she is much loved by the fans.

      • Jen7201

I know she is but she is so much better as a heel than a face

        • Sehppan Bennett

but do not think it’s the right time for this…

          • ????? KING ?????

Y they keep saying that idk Paige as a heel will still be cheered regardless technically she will still be a face she needs to stick to exactly what shes doing

    • totallyneccessary

Paige is a Tweener like Anti-Hero… Very Heelish in her Face Popularity…

  • WomenWrestlingRevolution 014

No Sasha or Bayley =( Charlotte is not ready but I guess

  • Sehppan Bennett

I like Charlotte, she is very athletic. I think as a villain she will not be able to show all his talent, but I’m still excited about this feud. I waited for Sasha, but Charlotte is also a good choice.

  • nismos69

    Charlotte needs to train

    • Sehppan Bennett

      She is already very good.

  • trishlita721

    Perfect challenger in charlotte

  • ssilva872

I think the match could be good.

Of course someone in the BFFs should win it. I mean unless Paige turns heel, she sorta sounded like one, which in that case I’d say Emma or Bayley.

  • FearTheSpear

didn’t see that coming, but i’m certainly curious as to how charlotte will fare in the run for NXT women’s champ

Charlotte’s aesthetic is so different from her dad’s, she actually gains nothing from being a 2nd generation Diva… Her Stature, her moveset, & athletic ability are all things Nach never needed, Its funny but Charlotte actually is more similar to being like a Hulk Hogan than Flair… Wouldnt it be funny if Charlotte started aligning with Hogan over Flair

  • http://iheartdg.com/ BOMA YE

Charlotte just beat Emma tonight, I guess that solidifies her as the #1 contender.

  • Everyone is Unique

Lmfao every diva wants a shot at the Nxt Women’s championship and not the Divas championship x)

  • The Review Fox

Go ahead Ms. Charlotte! :) It’s the first time I’ve seen her be so believably comfortable on the mic. Looking forward to this feud.

  • J-Wiz

This is what Charlotte needs if she is going to get that experience, working with Paige on a regular basis will be great for her.

    • Alex Castaneda

Agreed, she will learn a lot working with Paige.

  • http://myworld.ebay.com/ferociouscougar 09DHK

Imma need Charlotte NOT to have awkward pauses between each word when she’s cutting a promo. Anyways, if Paige isn’t turning heel, Sasha should be her next challenger; otherwise, Bayley all the way. I just can’t see Charlotte as a legitimate threat to the title right now.

  • http://Imonfiresingthatbodyelectric.tumblr.com Whalenx

I can see Charlotte taking the title.

  • Jamie Mitchell

I like Charlotte. With more training, i can see her going far on the main roster. Hopefully her dad sticks by as a manager.
