AEW close out the year with a brutal and bloody brawl on Rampage

AEW said goodbye to 2021 with a brilliant blood-soaked Street Fight between Tay Conti and Anna Jay vs The Bunny and Penelope Ford on Rampage.

The four women have feuded for months and it all came to a head on AEW’s final show of the year. The two teams went hell-for-leather in an absolutely chaotic match, which featured thumbtacks, tables and lots and lots of crimson.

The match started out with Conti launching a steel trash can at Ford before Jay lays out The Bunny with a brass knucks-assisted punch. Ford fires back taking out TayJay as they attempt to set up a table.

Ford takes advantage of the situation with a Moonsault/Kneedrop right to Conti’s face. To make matters worse the Bad Girl follows up by smashing a beer bottle right across her head to glorious and gory results.

The glorious violence continues as Jay drops Bunny through steel chairs with a back-breaking snap suplex.

The manic Bunny brings out a bag of thumbtacks much to the delight of the crowd. She pours them out in the middle of the ring with evil intentions before going up top with Jay. The Queen Slayer battles back and drops Bunny into the tacks with a Superplex from the top rope.

Conti escalates the carnage as she drove Ford through a table with a Gotch-style piledriver from the ring apron taking both warriors out of the match.

In the ring, Jay wrapped her arm in barb-wire and locked in the Queen Slayer on a blood-soaked Bunny to end the crazy battle.

This was a star-making performance for all involved. The Bunny, in particular, stood out with a brilliant display of violence. Much more of these four on TV screens in 2022, please AEW.
