Angelina Love re-signs with Ring of Honor

Ring of Honor announced that former Women of Honor champion, Angelina Love has re-signed with the company.

The official announcement was made via their website and featured the following quote by Love;

“I am extremely happy to have re-signed with Ring Of Honor,” Love said. “I’m very happy working here and look forward to continuing to take the women’s division to new heights this year and beyond. The Allüre will continue to dominate. Just watch.”

Love recently celebrated the one year anniversary of her ROH debut at Madision Square Garden along with Mandy Leon and Velvet Sky to form The Allure.

Her re-signing couldn’t have come at a better time as the company are on the verge of starting a new era of their women’s division. The company are rebooting Women of Honor with the Women of Honor Championship vacated and replaced by a new ROH Women’s World Championship.

ROH announced that they were going to crown a first ROH World Women’s Champion in a tournament named Quest For Gold.

The tournament features Angelina Love, Ashley Vox, Gia Scott, Heather Monroe, Jenny Rose, Katarina Winters, KellyAnne, Mandy Leon, Lindsay Snow, Miranda Alize, Nicole Savoy, Session Moth Martina, Sumie Sakai, and Tasha Steelz.

The tournament was set to take place on April, 24 but with everything on lockdown due to the Coronavirus it was cancelled with no word as of yet when it will be rescheduled.
