Britt Baker vs. Kris Statlander set for All Out; Jamie Hayter gets her first AEW win

On tonight’s AEW Dynamite, it was announced that the number one ranking Kris Statlander will indeed challenge Dr. Britt Baker at All Out.

Baker is the current AEW Women’s World Champion and has held the championship since defeating Hikaru Shida at Double or Nothing in May. Since winning the title, Baker has retained in matches against Nyla Rose and Red Velvet.

On tonight’s show, Red Velvet was in action as she took on Jamie Hayter. Hayter officially became All Elite after she was brought in as Baker’s back-up on the first episode of Rampage.

Hayter was able to capitalize in the match after Velvet missed on a standing moonsault press. She delivered a lariat to keep Velvet down to get the pin and the win. Post-match, Hayter and Baker attack Velvet until Statlander makes the save. Statlander clears the ring of Hayter and Rebel and gets Baker locked up, but the champion is able to escape and get out of the ring before any damage is done.

Statlander then picks up the championship belt and taunts Baker to end the segment.

Tay Conti vs. The Bunny were announced for this week’s Rampage on Friday. They were in a backstage altercation when The Bunny wanted Conti to ditch the Dark Order and join HFO.

A total of nine women have been announced so far for The Buy In’s Casino Battle Royale at All Out. You can read this list by clicking here.
