Poor Katie Lea may be mourning the death of a brother in the not too distant future. Internet reports suggest that Katie’s on-screen sibling is facing the chop from WWE. On the plus side, I don’t see our English rose following Paul Burchill out the door. Paul hasn’t been seen on television in a while, whereas Katie has been involved to a certain extent in the women’s division these past few weeks. In fact, recently on Raw, WWE has seemingly dropped all connections between the two.
Maybe this could be just what Katie needs to finally push herself to become a force to be reckoned with among the Raw Divas? Despite showing initial sparks earlier in the year, Katie proved to be simply “average” in the ring, in her series of matches with Mickie James.
