Greetings everybody, and welcome to another edition of your FCW Watch! The developmental program has been on a lengthy string of Diva matches as of late, until last week when the streak was broken and we were all wondering what to do with ourselves. Well never fear, because they return this week in tag team form, as Kaitlyn teams up with Audrey Marie to take on Sofia Cortez (Ivelisse Velez) and the reigning Queen & FCW Divas Champion, Raquel Diaz! We also get a brief continuation of the story that began last week involving General Manager, Maxine, and the newest Diva, Summer Rae (Danielle Moinet).

Without any further ado, let’s get underway!

We head to the arena for the opening of tonight’s episode, as ring announcer for the night, Caylee Turner, announces the following Divas tag team match. The upbeat theme of Audrey Marie hits, as both she and resident SmackDown/NXT Diva, Kaitlyn, step out in matching baseball themed attire. They then exchange a chest bump before hopping into the ring and posing for the adorning fans. Up next comes the new theme song of Raquel’s that I will never forget as belonging to Angela Fong. (Still missed!) Nonetheless, out come both she and partner for the night, Sofia Cortez. They don’t seem to mesh quite as well as Audrey and Kaitlyn did when comparing entrances. Diaz steps in front of Cortez while they step inside the ring, as the bell sounds and we kick things off as Kaitlyn shakes her booty at the villainous duo.

Sofia and Kaitlyn start things off as Cortez mocks Kaitlyn for her ridiculously awesome muscular features before beckoning her for a test of strength. The former NXT victor seems confused at first, but cooperates and easily takes the advantage by hoisting Sofia into the air by one arm and dropping her in her corner as Sir William Regal compliments Kaitlyn’s “walnut crushing thighs”. This man is genius! Raquel decides to make the tag in, as she goes for a slap that Kaitlyn blocks. Ever the one to capitalize on her opponent, Diaz kicks Kaitlyn in the leg and attempts to scream at Audrey I believe, to which Kaitlyn grabs her by the wrist and socks her with a strike. A nice dropkick follows, before Kaitlyn decides to make the tag into Audrey Marie and they hit a double team Irish whip/clothesline maneuver for a one count.

Audrey sends Raquel off the ropes and slips into a nice abdominal stretch, but Raquel quickly breaks it up and transitions into a bridge pin for a near fall. The Divas Champion then ambushes Kaitlyn off the ring apron, before feeling the effects of a kick to the gut from Audrey. Marie sends Diaz off the ropes, but Raquel holds on as Audrey goes for a dropkick. From there, the Queen grabs her by the legs and slingshots her onto the second rope where Sofia kicks her in the head while the referee is caught up with Kaitlyn. Diaz then flips into a jackknife cover for a two count, before shoving her back into their corner and tagging in Sofia Cortez. Sofia then hits a beautiful northern lights suplex for only a two count, as Audrey gets the shoulder up.

Cortez sends Audrey off the ropes, but the former Divas Champion fights back with a kick. She then ducks a clothesline, but gets caught up in a wicked sick flapjack that pretty much looks to snap her neck off the top rope! Sofia hooks the leg, but Audrey gets the shoulder up which only adds to the anger Cortez was facing with her. Raquel quickly tags back in and hits a suplex for a two count, as the crowd starts to get behind the plucky cowgirl. Diaz transitions into a camel clutch, but Marie does not give up no matter what. Raquel just seems relentless in her attacks on Audrey, before flipping it into a pretty cool pin maneuver for a near fall. Sofia Cortez makes the tag back in, as she taunts Audrey and goes for a neckbreaker. Marie manages to flip the neckbreaker into one of her own and drop the veteran with the vicious move.

Audrey tries to make the tag, even kicking Sofia off a few times, which for some reason, persuades Raquel to walk inside the ring and check on her. Sofia proceeds to ambush Kaitlyn off the side of the ring once again, but this gives Audrey the time to make her comeback with a set of clotheslines for a near fall. The crowd gets behind her as she goes for a sunset flip that Sofia counters into one of her own for a close count. Cortez then signals for a backslide, but Audrey drops her with a Russian leg sweep as Kaitlyn soars inside the ring to eliminate Diaz with another one of her dropkicks. Back inside the ring, Audrey goes for the pin but Sofia kicks out. Cortez then looks to go for a suplex, but Audrey sweeps out from under her legs and rolls her up into a bridge pin for the victory! The fan favorites celebrate their victory, as Raquel and Sofia don’t seem too pleased with the result.

Backstage, we spot our new Diva, Summer Rae, as she leads William Regal (Maxine’s former squeeze) into the control room to take a gander at the production behind FCW. She takes a seat per his request, as he looms over her and attempts to show her how to handle the knobs that are a part of the machinery. Summer asks if one of the certain knobs is how you turn the music on, which sparks him to reply that it’s how you turn something on. (Insert our newest WrestleMania theme, Turn Me On by Nicki Minaj, here.) He begins to get a little too close for comfort to Summer, before Maxine walks up on them from behind, none too pleased. She orders William Regal to come to her office immediately, before walking off as Summer questions if Regal has to go. He assures the blond beauty that he can stay for a little bit longer, as he continues assessing the knobs in front of her.

Thoughts: Beginning with the match, I thought it was on the okay side, overall. It was pretty solid until the end when I got confused by what happened. I was waiting for Kaitlyn to get the hot tag for a good few minutes, and then Audrey performs the comeback herself after being beaten up for a majority of the match before that. I don’t know if it was just miscommunication between the four after Raquel ran inside the ring and Sofia shoved Kaitlyn off, but this was the same match I saw at the live event I attended a few weeks ago and I thought that the non-televised match was far superior to this one, so perhaps they worked out the small kinks after this was taped. Who knows?! But I will say that I’m dying for Kaitlyn and Sofia Cortez to get in the ring together for a singles match on TV. Someone make it happen!

Also, I continue to like the segments between Maxine and Summer Rae as well. They’re short, but to the point, and I love that Summer is targeting Maxine’s former (storyline) friend with benefits, William Regal. It makes perfect sense if she wants to get inside Maxine’s head and eventually take over her job, and I really can’t wait to see the continuation between these two. I very much like that Summer is actually being given a role on the show as opposed to simply ring announcing for a while as most Divas do, and fingers crossed, it continues on for her.

Hello everyone, and welcome to perhaps the first FCW Watch to not contain a Divas match. I wasn’t sure whether to recap this week or not, but upon watching the segments, I assumed it was probably better to do so in case they continue on and people become lost without seeing this week’s episode. So here I am with some developmental goodness, as Maxine and Danielle Moinet possibly embark on a feud to ultimate power and control, and former Queen of FCW, Aksana, uses her conniving nature to cause tension between current FCW Heavyweight Champion, Leo Kruger, and former champion, Bo Rotundo. Without any further ado, let’s get underway!

First up in tonight’s segments, we head backstage to see our favorite Lithuanian export, Aksana, while she sits in a corner crying, as evident by the makeup running down her face. Suddenly, current FCW Heavyweight Champion, Leo Kruger, walks into the picture and tries to both console and question her as to what is making her react in such a way. In between sobs, Aksana manages to let out that she can’t believe “he” did that to her. Kruger assures her that he will take care of everything himself, and as he heads out to the ring, the camera pans in to a suddenly fine version of Aksana, as she gives an evil glare to the lens. What on earth could she be up to now?

From there, we head backstage to see General Manager, Maxine, as she sits in her coveted desk whilst joined by Dr. James Bronson and Abraham Washington. Abe claims that he got the texts she sent and he appreciates her calling him in to see her due to their past together. He adds that he doesn’t know what she has going on presumably with Derrick Bateman and Dirty Curty, but that she’ll always remembers her “first” and she’s finally come back to daddy! Maxine interrupts him and states that she did appreciate his work as General Manager, but that she’s been in this position for a while now and wants to offer him a job as her assistant.

Abraham seems caught off guard that she would dare relegate him to such a position, but he ultimately agrees to do so. Maxine then introduces Abe to Dr. Bronson in the corner, FCW’s newest psychologist. Abraham confuses the term for “gynecologist” before learning that Maxine wants him to talk to Dr. Bronson and get a feel for each other before he officially becomes her assistant. Bronson grabs onto Abraham’s hand and says that the pleasure is all his, which sort of freaks Washington out a little before the two head out. Suddenly, in walks Danielle Moinet and Rob Naylor (both former ring announcers of FCW), as Moinet claims she needs a word with the GM!

Maxine questions who they are, but Moinet claims that’s not important and that she has something for Maxine. With the snap of a finger, her scribe hands Maxine a business card as she claims that the General Manager has a little bit of competition in town! Danielle adds that she’s not going anywhere, before Maxine cuts them off and asks when she ever hired a new comedian and clown duo?! Danielle snaps her fingers again, as both she and Naylor exit Maxine’s office whilst the current reigning GM twiddles her pen through her fingers, possibly showing signs of worry over the new Diva’s goal to provide some competition?

Heading out to the ring, we spot Byron Saxton inside as he introduces the returning Bo Rotundo, who was forced to vacate the Heavyweight Title following a scary real life lacerated kidney injury. Saxton claims that the word on the street is that Rotundo can return to action at FCW, which Bo confirms as true. He states that his plans when he returns are to reclaim the prize he never rightfully lost, and he just wants one shot at the champion. The fans cheer him on, as Bo makes one thing clear… that he will get the FCW Heavyweight Title back. Byron attempts to ask him another question, before being cut off by the current champion, Leo Kruger, and his new right hand woman, Aksana!

The two walk out onto the entrance ramp, with the “gentleman” that he is letting Aksana step inside the ring first. Both males stare off, as Kruger asks Bo-Bo what type of man he is to just walk in here and challenge him for his title when he’s been gone for months? Leo tells him that he has to start from the beginning like everybody else back in the locker room, before stating that Bo should just stop worrying about the title, and instead worry about him (Kruger). Leo informs Bo that he’s going to teach the brother of Husky Harris (cheap plug) how to treat a lady, as referees immediately come out to restrain the two from getting into an altercation. With one of them to each of her side, Aksana stands in the middle of the two as she smirks at Bo as if to introduce the revenge she’s bringing upon him.

Thoughts: Fun times, even without a match. This seems to be the fourth male Aksana has tried to sneakily take, but it might be the best one yet. Now granted, Leo’s not my favorite by any means, but I think they fit together well, and look more like a duo than she and Richie, Bo, or yes, even Husky did. I could see her bringing Leo up to SmackDown and eventually revealing she used Teddy to gain power and get what she wanted, before dumping him to the side in favor of Kruger. It would be a pretty great storyline if they did incorporate it onto the main show, but I guess time will have to tell.

The segment between Maxine and Danielle was also pretty fun. I laughed whenever she would snap her fingers at Rob to do something for her, and she actually plays this role well. I like her announcing, but I’m excited for her to become an on air character and I really hope this story between she and Maxine continues on. It could make for some interesting segments to see two females trying to outdo each other, because Maxine’s advantage in past authority feuds was that she could use her looks to one up the male competitor. Being that she’s up against an equally attractive female could be a whole new ball park for the queen of NXT, and it’s refreshing to see, provided it isn’t dropped. (Fingers crossed.)

At a recent live event, the FCW Divas competed in a Money in the Bank match which, unlike the WWE Money in the Bank matches, was actually a pole match, but nonetheless pretty cool.

The match saw four Divas competing the #1 Contendership to Raquel Diaz (Shaul Guerrero)’s FCW Divas Title. The participants were: Audrey Marie, Britani Knight, Caylee Turner (Christina Crawford) and Sofia Cortez (Ivelisse).

Hola, como estas? Sorry, that’s all the Spanish I know, but if you’re wondering why I’m opening this weeks FCW recap in another language, why it’s because this week’s Divas Championship match contains Latina Heat herself, Raquel Diaz! I know Audrey is included too, but I figured displaying that I know three words of Spanish was more impressive than opening with “Howdy y’all” no matter how much I like the southern cowgirl. Never the less, tonight is a big show for the females because the Divas Title is on the line. Will our sun tanned super woman, Audrey Marie emerge with her title still in tact? Or does Raquel’s Diva dominance begin tonight?

There’s only one way to find out…

We head to the ring, where the awesome Danielle Moinet announces to us that the following contest will be contested for the championship. Up first, the reigning and defending Queen of FCW, Raquel Diaz, as Latina Heat makes her way out looking like the fairy tale evil queen that I admire ever so much. Following her introduction is the upbeat and peppy reigning champion, Audrey Marie, who poses with her title for the adorning fans. Once the two remove their accessories, the bell sounds and we get things underway with a lock up.

Audrey takes the early advantage with a side headlock take over until Raquel gets back up to both feet. Marie transitions it into a back wrist lock, before moving into a full nelson. She spins the challenger around into a snapmare, as she charges off the ropes with a dropkick to the face for a near fall. Audrey returns to the side headlock, which allows Raquel to shove her off the ropes. The champion, in turn, uses her skill to come back with a running shoulder block, before flipping it over into a roll up for a one count. Raquel quickly shoves the champion backwards, as she runs forward with a clothesline attempt. Audrey proceeds to duck it with a matrix, which brings her to then flip herself backwards into an impressive spinning headscissors takedown!

Audrey goes to take advantage of the downed opponent, but Raquel sweeps her forward using her legs. Marie manages to stop herself from colliding into the second turnbuckle, which allows Raquel to kick her in the stomach and go for a roll up to ensure a one count. Diaz’s mean streak comes out at this point, as she proceeds to rake Audrey’s face along the ring rope and choke her out! She flips the Champion backwards for a two count, before taking the time to kick Audrey in the stomach and then jump on her face with a brutal boot. Diaz proceeds to lock in a choke hold, as the crowd starts to get behind the Champion in her come back.

Raquel starts to talk trash in Spanish, as she just dismantles Audrey Marie and continues the pressure. Audrey finally starts to fight out with some punches, and leaps off the second rope with a beautiful crossbody to Diaz… but Raquel manages to roll through! Only a two count though for the challenger. Diaz tries to go for a clothesline, but Audrey ducks and runs off the ropes with one of her own. She lands a bodyslam on Latina Heat, before following it up with a leg drop for a two count as Raquel kicks out. This brings the Champion to go for the Round-Up and end it, but Raquel counters it into the Gory Bomb! She NAILS IT! Diaz hooks the leg for the 1, 2, 3! Raquel Diaz wins the Divas Championship and begins her reign of terror amongst the Divas! After some celebrating, she grabs a microphone and proclaims that she told us all that her first step of taking over FCW is complete! She poses with her new title as we head to a break.

Thoughts: I personally enjoyed this match. I think it’s both of their best showings to date. Raquel looked much better and more comfortable in the ring, and I thought she meshed well with Audrey. Speaking of which, Audrey definitely shined tonight. I’m glad she did the matrix headscissors on the televised show because it’s fun, innovative, and helps her stand out more, as does the running crossbody from the second rope. There were one or two moments where they seemed to get winded, but that’s what FCW is for; to help mend mistakes made. You can tell the two are truly working hard, and for me at least, they delivered in a fun showing. I’m looking forward to their eventual rematch and hope it can live up to this one, or even surpass it.

We’ve been on a string of matches given to us by the developmental gods, and this week proves to be no different as Audrey Marie puts her Divas Championship at stake against challenger, Caylee Turner! In addition to that, Raquel Diaz also makes a declaration, as General Manager, Maxine, visits the local therapist, James Bronson. Now without any more blabbing, let us get started with this week’s edition of Florida Campeonato Lucha!~ (Note: my spanish may be a bit rusty)

We head to the ring for the start of the show, as Danielle Moinet introduces the following contest to be for the FCW Divas Title. Some particularly funky, spunky ring music hits, and out walks Caylee Turner, who masters the art of posing throughout her entrance. She proceeds to bounce around inside the ring, as she removes her coat and gets ready for her championship battle! Up next comes the lady of the evening herself, Audrey Marie, who displays her title proudly as she enters the ring. Following the removal of her coveted vest and chaps to reveal her red and white gear displaying her love of Texas, the bell sounds and we start this match off.

They circle around the ring, before locking up, as Caylee shoves Audrey back. They trade advantage a bit, before breaking the hold. Both divas proceed to run off separate sides of the ring, as Turner leaps down and Audrey hops over. Turner flips over onto her back to try to trip Audrey up, but the Divas Champion again manages to avoid a collision. Caylee kips up, as the two stare off with each other to a pop from the crowd. Turner with a kick to the stomach, as she sends Audrey into the corner. Marie leaps off the second rope with a springboard crossbody for a near fall, before Caylee capitalizes with a shoulder block. She flips herself over into a jacknife pin, but Audrey climbs out of it and transitions into a backslide, however Caylee manages to avoid her shoulders touching the canvas so the referee makes no count.

Audrey with some punches to the face, before Caylee shoves her off and holds the ropes down which causes the Divas Champ to fly onto the ring apron. They trade shots until Audrey goes for a springboard move that ends up costing her when Caylee shoves her off to the outside in mid air. Turner shoves Audrey back into the ring and levels her with a kick to the back for a two count. From there, she begins to wrench on the shoulders of the Champion, whilst the crowd starts to get behind her! Caylee with a kick, before tossing her backwards for a one count. Drop of the elbow follows, before nailing a nice leg drop! She hooks the leg for a two count, which seems to frustrate her as she lets out a screech that for some reason made me laugh and have to replay a few times.

She begins to taunt Audrey as Caylee applies a leg choke to the ring ropes, before slamming her face down to the canvas and applying a choke hold. Turner decides to go for the leg drop again, but Audrey slides out of the way and drops the challenger with a clothesline/back elbow combo. She sends Caylee off the ropes, as Turner goes for a handspring bulldog that we’ve seen in the past…only Audrey decides to say “no ma’am”, and simply splashes her down face first into the canvas. From there, Caylee goes for a clothesline, but Marie ducks and transitions it into the Round-Up! One…Two…Three! Audrey retains her Championship, despite a valiant effort from Caylee Turner.

We proceed over to the current reigning Queen of FCW, Raquel Diaz, who dubs the FCW Universe as her loyal subjects. She asks how they’re doing, before coming to the revelation that she doesn’t care because she’s the Queen! Diaz claims that this means everything revolves around her, but that does not include our “Yippee-Kay-Ay” Divas Champion, Audrey Marie. She gives Audrey a message that morals and being a good girl only get you so far in life…and apparently it’s only gotten her out of Texas. (I laughed) She beckons that the hall of FCW is beautiful, but that it’s missing a banner of the FCW Divas Champion. Raquel claims that she’s going to look so good for all eyes to see, before telling Audrey to say bye to her Championship since it will be hers very soon, much like all of the accolades and pride. With that, our Queen heads out of the arena, and we head to a break.

Backstage, Maxine can be spotted laying down on a couch saying how glad she is that she came today, as newfound therapist, James Bronson tells her to relax. He begins with her job and asks her to tell him what’s going on there. Maxine claims that she’s still the General Manager of FCW and she has to deal with a bunch of nimrods running around her. Not only that, but every week she has to go on NXT and deal with Derrick Bateman and Johnny Curtis! She demands that everyone expects so much out of her and she’s tired of carrying everyone elses weight and it causes her stress. She apologizes for going off on a tangent, as James claims he is out of time for this weeks session. Maxine gets up and heads out of the equation, which leaves James alone with Maxine’s forgotten purse. He scarily looks at it and grabs it, before turning around and doing god only knows. He tosses the purse back, as Maxine walks back in to grab it, which sparks him to turn around and be got applying her makeup?! If Maxine didn’t have enough stress now, I’m sure she just got some added from this.

Thoughts: Starting off with the match, I actually really enjoyed it! I thought Caylee looked the best in ring she ever has, and Audrey more than held her own as well. You can tell they are improving to a level higher, and being given a nice time to wrestle every week seems to be helping. They had some nice moves that I was surprised to see, and I thought the ending transition from Caylee’s failed bulldog into the Round-Up came off top notch. Hopefully these two meet again when they have improved to an even higher level because they really seemed to click in the ring for me.

Raquel’s promo was fun as well. She reminds me of an evil queen from a fairy tale, especially now that she has the crown to complete the look, and I kind of like it. She stands out from everyone else, and I replayed the part about Audrey and Texas probably more times than I should have. I’m excited to see her get some extra ring time soon because I think holding the Queen of FCW crown will definitely help her to improve since she will be used more in a wrestling capacity…however, she does well with promos so I’m not complaining getting to see her do them.

Heyyyyyyyy! Another Sunday has passed, which means another Diva match occurred in WWE’s developmental territory, and my personal second home, FCW. Tonight, we saw former Queen and Divas Champion, Aksana, square off against the controversial newcomer, Cameron Lynn (Ariane Andrew). If you just want to see a match report, please read on and stop when you get to the thoughts portion because I feel like I’m going to show all of these politicians how you make an inspirational speech about someone… That’s all I’m going to say for now. Please read on!

We head out to the arena as newcomer, Cameron Lynn, steps out from the back to her funky theme song that makes me miss her dance group with Naomi and Byron Saxton. She poses in the ring for a bit, as I take joy in seeing Danielle Moinet carrying the announcer duties. Just then, the espionage theme of Aksana that I love strikes, and out walks the lady in black. Once she enters the ring and the bell sounds, we get underway with some Divas action! They step towards the center, as Aksana shoves Lynn back. Cameron then chases the former Queen to the ropes, as Lynn slaps Aksana’s hand away.

Cameron proceeds to duck a clothesline attempt and hit a nice armdrag, following it up with a hip toss. Aksana scurries to the ropes to regain her composure, as Cameron doesn’t let up off of her. Finally, Aksana manages to use her experience to kick Lynn backwards and give herself a minute to breathe. Both women get to a vertical base, as Aksana takes control with a wrist lock. Lynn steps over towards the ropes and executes a rope assisted front flip, following it up with a punch, before then continuing with a back flip variation into another punch! She breaks the hold and rolls Aksana up for a two count.

Cameron slams Aksana’s head into two turnbuckle posts, but Aksana manages to shove her into the third and drop her with a neckbreaker for a near fall. Aksana then covers Cameron and nails her in the face with some vicious punches. She backs the newcomer into the corner and proceeds to choke her with her leg, before running forward with a SICK boot to the face that sends Cameron flying outside to the ring apron. She drags Lynn back in and covers for a one count. Following it up, she applies a chin lock as the crowd starts to get behind the plucky underdog. Aksana then goes for a near fall, before reverting back to the hold. Cameron tries to fight out, but Aksana strikes her on the back and sends her flying into the ropes. Lynn flies off with a Sunset Flip for a two count, as she then recovers, ducks a clothesline, and catches Aksana into a backslide for another close call!

Aksana with a stiff kick to the stomach, following it up with a bodyslam and elbow drop. A cover gets a two count, as Cameron tries to recover. Aksana stays on the newcomer though, as she Irish whips Cameron into the corner and goes for the boot again…only this time Cameron moves out of the way and Aksana crashes to the mat in pain! Aksana goes for another neckbreaker, but Lynn pushes her off and hits two nice shoulder tackles, following it up with a dropkick! She musters up a two count, as she locks in position for her bulldog finisher, but Aksana shoves her off the ropes and hits the Devo Drop for the victory. Aksana celebrates her win, as Cameron tries to recover from the hard fought match.

Thoughts: I really liked this match. I thought Aksana came off very well and looked strong, which she should considering she’s a veteran in terms of FCW Divas, and her running boot to the corner looked especially painful. I’ll get to Cameron Lynn in a second as I need to prepare myself for a paragraph of inspirational speaking, but overall I just thought this was so much better than I anticipated and I’m interested to see how others take to it.

Now, onto Cameron… I can’t reiterate enough how much I’m behind her. This girl was pretty much given no chance to succeed by anyone, and she has stepped her game up that I couldn’t be happier. While Naomi will forever be my FCW favorite as long as she’s down there, Cameron Lynn is a solid second on that list, and I love watching her wrestle every time she steps into a ring. I’ve beckoned for people to forget what they saw on Tough Enough because it was a TV show set up to entertain, and that it did. I like that she has an actual gear in various colors, that she has poses during her entrance, and that she does a few moves that set her apart from others. She’s capitalizing on the little things that help someone stand out and I think it’s great to see. I don’t know whether it’s because I love seeing someone everyone wrote off at the start actually develop, but I can’t wait to see what she can become in the ring with even more training, considering she’s already giving solid showings with only a few months under her belt. Some people may never give her a chance, and that’s fine, but I hope everyone will see that she is trying and actually progressing.

Ladies and gentlemen, we have made history here tonight. You see, this week’s edition of FCW brought forth a non-title triple threat match between Aksana, AJ (who this new commentator claimed was both the first Divas Champion and a part of NXT Season 4), and our current Divas Champ, Audrey Marie. This bout opened the show, and thus has made history as the first televised match to take place in 2012. Yep! AJ, Aksana and Audrey can each add that notch to their belt of accomplishments. But just how did the match play out? Did Audrey topple the SmackDown Divas, or did one of them manage to prove their worth and leave victorious?

You know the drill… Put your fingers on that computer mouse and scroll on down.

We open the night with SmackDown’s resident Pocket Rocket, AJ, who makes her way out in some patented green plaid that I heavily approve of since green is my favorite color. Following her comes the former Queen of FCW, Aksana, complete with her trademarked espionage music that I care for so dearly. Concluding the trio comes the current FCW Divas Champion, Audrey Marie! Audrey walks out to the ring with her pink title in hand, showing how proud she is to hold it. She then removes her hat and chaps, as the camera gets some reaction shots of all three women before the bell sounds.

Aksana immediately strikes AJ in the face and sends her flying outside the ring, before targeting Audrey Marie with a bodyslam attempt. Marie escapes out the back and dropkicks Aksana outside the ring as AJ holds the ropes open to add her part in the maneuver. AJ climbs back in the ring as Audrey locks in a headlock. She sends Marie into the ropes, who coincidentally knocks Aksana back down, before going for an arm drag. Audrey stops the move, but AJ quickly locks in a headlock of her own, transitioning it into a wrist lock arm drag.

Audrey slides outside the ring and pulls poor Aksana back down, before climbing back in and squaring off with AJ once more. Audrey reverses a headlock into an armbar, but AJ counters into a headlock takeover. Marie then goes for a leg lock, but AJ hops out of it and the two agree to once again take Aksana out of competition, only this time with a double team dropkick. The two proceed to lock up, with AJ applying a wrist lock that Audrey reverses. Audrey is sent into the ropes and hops over AJ, but AJ takes advantage with a fist to the face for a two count.

AJ then hits two neckbreakers, but Audrey kicks out. From there, our pocket rocket applies an arm stretch submission digging the knee into the Champions back. Audrey tries to fight out, but AJ keeps the hold locked in and drops the knee back into her. Finally, Audrey starts to fight out and hits a jawbreaker. She then follows it up with a suplex/bodyslam combo, before hitting the Yee Haw Legdrop for a near fall. AJ shoves Audrey back into the ropes, as Aksana gets hit AGAIN. Marie then goes to run off, but Aksana finally is able to grab her by the hair and punch Audrey in the face. She then takes the fight to AJ for a bit, before striking Audrey into the corner. Aksana then fires up with a stiff clothesline to the champ, before tossing AJ into the opposing corner.

AJ uses her Lita inspired style to hit a Handspring Bulldog to the former Queen, but as she lands the move, Audrey capitalizes with a running front dropkick to AJ! Audrey begins to cover both women, but only gets a two count on each. Aksana gets to a vertical base and strikes Audrey twice in the face, before attempting a Suplex. Audrey escapes out the back though, and hits “The Round-Up”. She looks to secure the pinfall, but out of nowhere AJ leaps over and rolls Audrey up for the win! AJ celebrates, as Audrey recovers and poses for the fans despite the loss.

Thoughts: Okay-ish showing from these three ladies. I didn’t feel like the match really got out of first gear, but I remember hearing someone say triple threats are the hardest bout to perform under, so I think it’s understandable why it seemed very cautious throughout the match. Audrey is coming along well, and I don’t think this type of stipulation is something to accurately judge her on. I do hope this prepares her for any future triple threat matches (you know, since WWE loves to do anything outside a tag or singles), and overall I would like to see her square off with AJ perhaps in a one on one setting. I liked the ending sequence though, and I thought that from AJ’s bulldog was the best part.

Welcome to your official Christmas Day edition of the FCW Watch!~ We’ve seen Divas action for the past two weeks, and thankfully, we’re going to be seeing it a lot more in the coming month with some matches taped for every episode. On tonight’s program, NXT Season 3 winner, Kaitlyn, teams up with the spunky and improving Cameron Lynn (Ariane Andrew) to face off against the devious duo of Caylee Turner (Christina Crawford) and the debuting Ivelisse Velez from Tough Enough! Not only that, but the new Queen of FCW, Raquel Diaz, displays her greatness on the microphone as she cuts a promo, as Danielle Moinet makes a brief appearance alongside Abraham Washington.

You can see all of that by scrolling down below, but I can think of no better way to open this holiday edition of the FCW Watch than with a little Christmas greeting from the Divas mentioned above, as well as Aksana, Maxine, Audrey Marie, and the possibly departed Leah West:

Now that that’s complete, let’s delve into the match of the night:

Some spunky new music hits, as out comes former Tough Enough rivals turned FCW tag team partners, Ivelisse Velez and Caylee Turner. The duo make their way into the ring and taunt the crowd, as our national anthem of NXT, “You Make the Rain Fall” then begins to serenade us. Out steps Kaitlyn and Cameron Lynn, who excite the crowd with their poses and overall perkiness. Once all four ladies step into the ring, and Cameron displays some poses to the fans, the bell sounds and we start off with both she and Ivelisse.

They lock up in the center of the ring, as Ivelisse shoves Cameron back. This fires Lynn up, as she drops Velez and executes a nice jackknife pin for a near fall. She proceeds to punch Ivelisse in the jaw and drag her to the corner. Tag in to Kaitlyn, as she and Cameron hit a double team Irish Whip into a backbreaker maneuver that gets another close count. European Uppercut from Kaitlyn, as Ivelisse tries to come back with a clothesline that Kaitlyn ducks. Our NXT winner locks her arms around Ivelisse’s stomach, as I begin to die with laughter at Caylee Turner pulling an Aksana and falling into the ring to distract Kaitlyn long enough for Ivelisse to take advantage.

Caylee scurries out of the ring as Ivelisse hits some nice kicks to the back and pulls Kaitlyn into the corner. Kaitlyn tries to punch out, but Ivelisse exits the ring before making a tag.(clearly just first match nerves so nothing to fault) Caylee then proceeds to slap Ivelisse on the elbow and make the tag in herself. Turner immediately takes advantage over Kaitlyn, before sending her back into the corner and hitting some nice punches. A wrist lock by Turner into an arm wringer flip for a two count. Kaitlyn finally gets some momentum as she goes to Irish Whip Caylee. She sets her up for a tilt-a-whirl backbreaker, but Caylee counters nicely into landing on top of Kaitlyn and covering for a near fall.

Caylee applies a headlock, as Ivelisse tags back in and the two continue to dismantle Kaitlyn. Ivelisse with some sharp kicks (side note: her kicks are awesome) before applying an arm lock submission that sends Kaitlyn down. Kaitlyn tries to use her upper body strength to lift Velez into her back, but Ivelisse counters back out and keeps the submission locked in. Kaitlyn quickly hoists herself up and backs Ivelisse into the corner to break the submission. Both women then make the tags out to Cameron and Caylee, as Cameron charges full force onto Turner.

Cameron with a nice shoulder block to follow, before trying to go for a punch, but Caylee ducks and hits a front face lungblower to the jaw. She then proceeds to run off the ropes with a pair of knees to to face as the referee counts a two before Kaitlyn breaks it up. The two ladies try to go for a double team clothesline, but Caylee ducks and Ivelisse pulls Kaitlyn to the outside of the ring. This leaves the Cameron in the ring all alone as Caylee spins her around and hits the CT Buster (since I love making my own names up for unnamed finishers) for the victory! Ivelisse and Caylee celebrate as the spunky music rejoins us and their opponents try to recover.

We then join Raquel Diaz at the interview section of the arena, where she stands alone holding a microphone. She instructs everyone to hail the new Queen of FCW, as she poses to some boos. Raquel takes us back to last week where she says that she outsmarted Aksana and finished her off with the Gory Bomb to become the new Queen. She makes note of how the fans were cheering for her, before claiming that their cheers were meaningless to her. She reiterates that their excitement was meaningless, because the title was as well.

Raquel states that Aksana simply carried it around like a little… something chihuahua. (Thanks Raquel for at least leaving chihuahua in so I could understand some of this, haha.) She calls it a prop, and nothing more. Diaz changes her tone and claims that now with her being Queen, she’s going to restore dignity back to the title. Not only that, but the crown is her first step in acquiring everything she wants in wrestling – and that is total domination of FCW! Raquel then poses with her new crown, as the segment ends to Byron Saxton informing us to all hail the new Queen.

Thoughts: Another Diva filled week of FCW it appears. I’ll start with the match, which I personally thought was decent. There was a little miscommunication at times, but given this is developmental, you can’t improve on things if you don’t make mistakes. I’m really liking Caylee Turner as a heel, and I personally hope she stays that way. I would love to see a singles match between her and Kaitlyn because I think with Kaitlyn’s upper body strength, she can support more of Caylee’s moves (like that awesome tilt-a-whirl backbreaker counter). Cameron Lynn did fine too for me. She’s still very new, and I think she is coming along great. Yes, there was a little mix up with Caylee towards the end, but stuff happens. They recovered nicely and the finish did look impactful.

Ivelisse has got some sick kicks! I know I said that enough above, but I can’t get over how great they were. I’m excited to see how her future matches go when she gets more familiar with the crowd and the TV production set up because I think she’s going to be one to watch out for. Kaitlyn was Kaitlyn for me, and since she’s one of my favorites in WWE, that is a good thing. I think she has so much to offer working matches in FCW because of her strength. Like I said above, she is able to take some moves that other girls can’t simply because of her fitness background. Overall, I thought the match was fun and I like seeing these fresh faces have matches because it can only help them to improve.

Raquel’s promo was really good. I feel like she has a natural charisma to her that makes what she says sound unique and real. Whether it’s a face or heel, she’s good at both, and personally I love her as this top heel who wants to take over FCW. With last week being a match involving no face, I thought it was tremendous to acknowledge the crowd being on her side, only to claim that their response didn’t matter because Aksana didn’t make the title matter either. I don’t know what it is about her, but she just has “it” as a lot of people say. With the crown, she is only going to be given more matches on the live event and TV circuit, so I’m excited to see what she’s going to be like overall as 2012 progresses on.

Greetings everybody, and welcome to another titillating (I promise I’ll never use that word again) FCW Watch. On this week’s episode, our reigning and defending espionage themed Queen, Aksana, puts her crown on the line against Latina Heat herself, Raquel Diaz (Shaul Guerrero) in singles action. With Aksana and her brilliant translations of the English language greeting us every Friday on SmackDown, can Raquel prove that she deserves a spot on the main roster as well by not only defeating the queen, but relinquishing the crown from her sharp black haired head? Also, what is in store when General Manager, Maxine opens the show with the entire roster at ringside? AND, how will newcomer, Danielle Moinet, make her on screen debut?!

There is only one way to find out… scroll on down and let’s begin!

After a video package is shown highlighting the past few weeks of action involving the ongoing feud between (the phenomenal) Husky Harris and Richie Steamboat, General Manager Maxine makes her way out to the ring alongside Norman Smiley, as the entire roster is shown surrounding it. Norman hands her a microphone, as she announces that she has called everyone here for a reason. Maxine informs them that she is the FCW General Manager, and that this is HER show which means they will all follow her rules.

She claims that Husky Harris and Richie Steamboat have ignored her rules, and therefore she has suspended them both for thirty days. As I become enraged at the thought of no Husky Harris on TV for a month, Maxine continues on by asking if there is anyone else that wants to ignore her? Nobody steps forward, so Maxine moves on with the show she has set up tonight that will include Aksana defending her Queen of FCW crown against Raquel Diaz. She hopes that the fans will enjoy the show, and that everyone on the roster will learn to just get along so that these meetings do not have to happen again. She and Norman then make their way to the back, as the roster is left eyeing her down… and Derrick Bateman BRILLIANTLY follows his NXT soulmate.

We head back out to the ring as a new male ring announcer welcomes us to the following Divas match, which will be contested for the Queen of FCW crown. Our first comes the challenger, Raquel Diaz, who walks out with a grin across her face. The commentators make note of the Ascension not being present, as Raquel wants to show her worth on her own terms, and with no help at all. After some posing, the Queen of FCW, Aksana, struts her way out to the ring through the smoke and lights. Holding her crown out for the world to see, she walks up the steps and enters through the ropes to get the match started.

The referee holds the prize up, as the bell sounds and we get started. They go to lock up, but Aksana takes control with a kick to the stomach, before shoving her head into the corner multiple times. Aksana then tosses Diaz to the center of the ring, but turns her attention to the referee, which allows Raquel to quickly roll her up for a near fall. Aksana goes for a clothesline, but Raquel ducks and executes a nice reverse roll up for another close call. Diaz punches Aksana in the stomach, and takes her to the corner with some head smashes and kicks to the abdomen.

Aksana proceeds to push Raquel away, which fires Diaz up to ambush her out of nowhere. Raquel executes a bodyslam for a one count, as the Queen quickly tries to save her title. Irish whip into the ropes, but Aksana holds on. Raquel then runs forward and hits some savvy kicks as she continues to dominate. Diaz leaps up to go for a jumping knee, but Aksana rolls out of the ring and sweeps her up by the leg. Aksana traps Raquel’s legs in the ring apron, before slamming her head to the canvas as the tides have turned.

Aksana starts to choke Raquel on the ropes for a close count, as she then applies a choke hold with a knee to the back. The crowd starts to get behind Latina Heat, which helps her bend up to attempt a comeback. The Queen sees this though, as she shoves her back down to the canvas and kicks her in the back. Raquel struggles to get up, as Aksana just toys with her. A Snapmare follows up, with an elbow by the Queen getting another near fall. Aksana hits some punch/kick combo to send the challenger down, as she then drops her with a neckbreaker.

Aksana goes for an elbow drop, but Raquel slides out of the way. The same then happens again, as Raquel starts to take control with a few European uppercuts. She goes for one too many though, as Aksana catches her arm into a backslide attempt for a two count. A few shoulder blocks commence, as Raquel then goes for a bodyslam, but Aksana counters into a roll up attempt…but Diaz keeps the hold locked in and then executes her family legacies three amigos! A two count follows up, as Raquel begins to throw a fit in the ring. The Queen tries to get up, but Raquel sets her up and drops her with a Gory Bomb for the victory! Raquel celebrates with her newly won crown, as the crowd applauds Latina Heat’s huge win. Some recaps are shown, as Raquel continues to pose with her prize.

Thoughts: Jam packed night for FCW, and apologies for the late recap but the videos just became available as of Friday morning. First off, big congrats to Raquel for capturing the crown, and I can’t wait to see what she does with it. The match was okay, but I didn’t feel as if the two had much chemistry together. Obviously, this is their first contest against each other, and Raquel has only had a select few matches on the televised show. I’m hoping much like the title did for Audrey Marie, this helps her to elevate even more in the ring since she will be used as a wrestler instead of a manager. I love that she is incorporating her families move set, and I hope to see what more she can do after some added training.

The segment with Maxine was fun, and it was nice to see a lot of the Divas around ringside like Ivelisse and Danielle, whom we haven’t seen on TV prior to that segment. Speaking of Danielle, I enjoyed her promo with Abraham Washington, and I’m looking forward to seeing what these two do together. I’m glad to see she will be debuting in a role other than a ring announcer or interviewer until she begins training, as this could be a great way for people to get to know her character before she competes in any matches.

First off, I hope you all haven’t forgotten about FCW. It’s been a long few weeks without any Divas action, but never fear, for I believe we are set with matches for the next four weeks, and possibly more depending on how this Thursday’s TV taping goes down! On this past Sunday’s show, we witnessed a defense of the FCW Divas Championship, as reigning title holder, Audrey Marie, defends her gold… I mean, pink, against the inaugural Champ, Naomi Night! This is the first time that these two have squared off with one another on camera, but just how will it come off? Let us delve into some FCW action!

As we overhear something about all the boys in the club getting up (getting up), out pops the woman who, quite frankly should be on a main roster already, but I digress in my introduction of the one and only Naomi! Resident diva, Caylee Turner, introduces her to the ring, as she pops out in a new gold reptile like body suit. Naomi leaps into the ring and bows for the fans, as up next comes the champion, Audrey Marie. Audrey sports some new tights, as she enters the ring and climbs onto the turnbuckle to cheer on with the fans. Marie removes her championship and hands it to the ref to hold up, as the bell sounds and this match gets underway.

Both ladies circle around the ring and lock up, as Naomi takes control with a headlock takeover. Audrey flips it over into a quick roll up, before Naomi fights it back into another headlock before Marie can flip it over. Audrey with a nice armdrag, before both women get up and Naomi gives her a taste of her own medicine with a similar one. Naomi locks the headlock back in, before twisting it into a wristlock that Audrey fights out of. Naomi punches her backwards, before throwing her into the corner, only Audrey leaps over into a sweet Sunset Flip maneuver for a close call.

Naomi fights out, as Audrey sends Naomi back into the same corner, but Naomi leaps over with her unique no handed bridging roll up pin. They exchange wrist and headlocks, but Naomi sends Audrey into the ropes. She ducks under a running Audrey, before flying backwards, as Audrey does a handspring over Naomi! Naomi kips up as they exchange stairs, and Naomi slides underneath the legs. She goes for a roundhouse kick, but Audrey matrixes back! Naomi grabs onto one of her legs, before flipping Marie back over to a vertical base and leapfrogging over.

She goes for the butt bump, but Audrey stops herself before she collides. Naomi sends her back into the ropes and goes for a roll up handspring move, only Audrey moves to the side and simply stops her mid way into a nice roll up for a two. Audrey locks in a headlock and takes Naomi down for another near fall, and from there locks in a dragon sleeper onto the challenger, before reversing it into a chin lock. The crowd starts to get behind Naomi, which aids her to a verical base. They exchange momentum in an Irish Whip, but Audrey capitalizes and hits a sick knee to the stomach the flips Naomi over.

Audrey reverts back to a sleeper hold, before laying her back first and leaping up with a legdrop type maneuver to the midsection for a two count! Naomi fights back with some punches, followed up with a snapmare and kick to the back. She goes to Irish Whip Audrey, but Marie counters and goes for a snapmare of her own, only Naomi flips over and lands on two feet, before leaping up with an insanely awesome enziguiri! Both ladies struggle to two feet, but Audrey goes for a clothesline that Naomi ducks, as she then executes a dropkick to the back.

Naomi goes for a roll up, but Audrey kicks Naomi off into the ropes where she leaps back with a stiff clothesline. Once both women get up, Naomi runs forward with a spinning heel kick out of nowhere that could win her back the Championship! Cover gets just a two, as the fighting champion shows her determination. Naomi sends Audrey into the corner, but the Champ leaps onto the second rope and flies back with a crossbody, only she took a little bit too long and Naomi manages to roll through it into a pin of her own for a two count. Once they both get up, Naomi picks Audrey up and goes for a Suplex, but Audrey slides under the legs and goes for a bridge pin.

Audrey then attempts an arm drag, but Naomi flips through into another unique pin, only Audrey’s shoulder does not touch the mat. Audrey goes for a jacknife, and Naomi fights out by lifting both herself and Audrey up, and then spinning her around into a backslide attempt. Audrey spins herself out of it once again, and Naomi goes for a Suplex. This time she lifts Audrey up, but in mid air, Marie manages to flip over onto two feet and nail her finisher, “The Round Up!” She hooks the leg and gets the three count to retain her title! Audrey celebrates as she heads to the back, and I await the day Naomi debuts on TV.

Thoughts: As I’m sure this FCW Watch will show in my descriptions, Naomi and Audrey certainly used a lot of unique maneuvers and reversals that I’d never seen before. I thought they worked pretty well together overall! There were some issues with their pacing in some parts, but since this is their first match together, and it was pretty lengthy, It’s perfectly understandable to have a few kinks. The spot with Audrey’s handspring, followed with the Matrix all the way to the roll up was pretty insane, and I hope my wording doesn’t come off too confusing. All together, I enjoyed this match, and you can really see Audrey is working hard to become a better competitor in the ring. As for Naomi, CALL HER UP!

Why hello there person reading this. It has been a long few weeks since FCW featured a divas match, and unfortunately, it will be another couple more until we meet again. That doesn’t mean, however, that we can’t enjoy what we get though! On this weeks episode, FCW Divas Champion, Audrey Marie teams up with newcomer, Cameron Lynn (Ariane Andrew) to face off against Smackdown Diva, Aksana, and her partner, Caylee Turner (Christina Crawford). On top of that, Raquel Diaz‘s stable, the Ascension also competes in a six man tag team match! I think I have stalled enough time going over what’s to come, so why don’t we actually watch it and form some opinions?

As the theme of espionage and deceit plays across the sound system, out comes the Queen of FCW, Aksana, alongside her partner, the evil, Caylee Turner. Both ladies make their way into the ring as Aksana poses with her crown to all her loyal subjects. Byron Saxton makes the best comparison I have ever heard in relating the two to Cinderella and the Wicked Witch, but not clarifying which is which (genius!). Up next comes a peppy beat, as Audrey Marie and Cameron Lynn enter to perhaps the longest stage pose I have ever seen in my life.

Byron explains that he and Cameron had a talk and that she has calmed herself down in hopes of showing her true potential. The two pose in the ring as the crowd erupts in an “Audrey! Audrey! Audrey!” chant! Audrey removes her western wear as the bell sounds and we get things underway with Cameron and Caylee. They circle around the ring before locking up, as Turner takes advantage with a wrist lock. She adds on the pain, before Cameron lands a punch right in the face and reverses it.

Lynn executes some nice holds to add pressure to the wrist, before flipping her leggy opponent over and applying a brief knee to the head. Caylee gets back up to a vertical base and backs Lynn up to the ropes. Keeping the hold cinched in, Cameron manages a sweet flip off the ropes before pulling Caylee over to her corner and tagging out to Audrey. The chants start up again, as Audrey works over the arm that her partner started. Showing off some skills she obviously learned on the farm, Audrey flips Caylee over like she’s in a rodeo and continues to work over the punished arm.

The two get to a vertical base, as our Divas Champion Irish whips Turner into the ropes. Caylee fights back with a shoulder block, before charging off the ropes and managing to avoid the trap set up by the cowgirl. Turner drags Audrey into her corner and tags out to Aksana, but Marie ends up taking both women out! She pulls Caylee to the center of the ring and goes for an Irish whip, but Caylee counters and Aksana ends up tripping Audrey face first into the canvas. Aksana then proceeds to slam Audrey’s head against the ring apron multiple times as if to show her that she’s done playing games; She wants her pink belt back!

Aksana throws Audrey into the ring and gets a near fall, before tossing her into the team corner and choking her with her leg. From there, she runs up with a huge boot across the face and tags Caylee Turner back in. Turner takes control with various kicks to the face, before making the quick tag back in to the Queen. Aksana continues the double team beat down of Audrey, before locking in a choke hold in the center of the ring. The crowd begins to get behind Audrey, as she fights out of the hold. Aksana doesn’t let off the pressure though, as she hoists Marie up and drops her like a flipped burger on a southern style grill.

Audrey tries to regain her composure, but Aksana continues to drop elbows and knees for a two count. She tags Caylee Turner back in, who scores with a quick roll up for a near fall. Following it up with a nice leg drop, Caylee hooks the leg, but the “never say die” attitude instilled by Audrey’s farmhand grandmother gives her the power to kick out. Tag back into Aksana, as the two continue dismantling Audrey Marie. She locks in a choke hold, but Audrey fights out with punches and a slightly off jawbreaker, showing the wear and tear the two ladies are causing on her.

Finally, she manages to fight off and make the tag to Cameron Lynn! Lynn runs in and ducks a clothesline attempt from Aksana, taking care of Caylee Turner on the ring apron. Aksana charges forward, but is met with a nice drop toe hold, followed up with an elbow, and then a series of clotheslines. She goes for a third attempt, but Aksana ducks and kicks Lynn right in the stomach. She sends her into the ropes, but Cameron ducks an attack and connects with an O’Connor roll up! Close call there, but Aksana manages to kick out and fling Cameron forward into a tag in to Audrey Marie. The Divas Champion charges forward with a monkey flip attempt, but Aksana catches her in mid air and drills her with the Devo Drop (Spinebuster) for the victory! The devilish duo rejoice in their win, as Audrey and Cameron try to cope with what has happened.

Thoughts: A solid outing for the ladies tonight. Aksana works very well in her heel role, and Caylee Turner also surprisingly pulls it off great. Audrey Marie is coming along nicely, and I enjoyed her work with both women. She obviously got fatigued during the match, but that’s to be expected for someone rather new. I commend her on stepping her game up a lot since her title win. Her matches are definitely getting better and better!

Say what you will about Cameron Lynn, but she’s one of my favorites in FCW. I like that she tries to be unique and stand out. I think it’s great that she has a style to her gear, and she does seem to be picking up quickly considering this was only her second match. From what I saw at the live event Friday night, she’s gotten even better since this was filmed, and I can’t wait to see what she brings to the table after a few more months of training. I would rather her be a face because I think she has a way to her that is likable (unless those dreaded Tough Enough comments get brought up again…) and I think she can fire a crowd up easily with her spunky personality.

Also, The Ascension is still one of the best things in FCW. I pray that Tito being called up to Smackdown with Primo and Hunico won’t hinder their potential because it’s too great to stall in FCW. I already have to watch both Husky Harris & Naomi be stuck down here, I don’t need it with the Ascension too!

Nevertheless, this weekend I attended another live show for FCW, which featured some top notch matches, entertaining segments, and wedding crashers… but that’s all for another day. The Divas match of the event was a six woman match featuring the heckled team of Raquel Diaz, Caylee Turner, and Leah West facing off with the fan favorites, Cameron Lynn, Divas Champion Audrey Marie, and competing in only her second FCW match, Tough Enough’s Ivelisse Velez.

Check out some highlights and pictures below from the show:

* Ivelisse was announced by her real name, although so was Ariane the first time I saw her, so I’m guessing she will probably change ring names soon.

* Caylee and Ivelisse started things off and allowed me to relive the greatness of Tough Enough all over again. They did pretty solidly together and definitely looked good in the ring.

* Audrey worked a majority of the match for her team getting beat down by Raquel, Leah, and Caylee. She is improving nicely.

* Cameron and Ivelisse really got the crowd going trying to get them behind Audrey. Cameron was bouncing up and down and Ivelisse was firing everybody up.

* Raquel executed Eddie Guerrero’s “three amigos” during the match which was a great touch. I also recall Caylee hitting a running double knee to the face on Audrey I believe.

* The finish came when Leah West was in control of Audrey until the champion finally managed to make the hot tag to Cameron, who cleaned house. I believe (a bit sketchy as this took place on the opposite side of me) Audrey walked over and pulled one of the heels off the apron, as Ivelisse took out the other. Cameron went for a monkey flip in the corner but Leah held onto her and they turned around away from the turnbuckle. Leah went to flip her over (like Natalya used to do), but Cameron managed to stay on top of her and push her backwards to get the victory for her team. (Note: apologies if my description is terrible as I was trying to take a picture when it was close to ending.)

Without any further ado…let’s continue.

We head out to the ring where the bell sounds and the funky Mario & Luigi type theme hits for the BPDG (Booty Poppin Dance Group) to make their entrance. As anticipated, out pops Naomi, Cameron Lynn, and Byron Saxton, as Howard Finkel introduces the two ladies for the upcoming match. Cameron asks Byron how her hair looks, as the trio slide inside and take a few moments to pose to the crowd. Byron then takes the microphone from Howard, as Cameron Lynn screams for a fan to shut their mouth!

Byron states that the time has now arrived for the tag match that was built on last weeks episode. He adds that the two divas who take Naomi and Cameron up on their offer are probably going to end up getting hurt. Suddenly, Naomi snatches the microphone away and claims that this aint no probably, and that Kaitlyn and Caylee Turner BOUT TO CATCH A BEAT DOWN! Cameron adds in some hilarious laughter as the two ladies exchange YYYEAAAAHHHH’s.

Suddenly, the star spangled banner of NXT3, “You Make the Rain Fall” hits, and out pops the season’s chickbusting winner, Kaitlyn, and her partner, the bubbly Caylee Turner. The two step out to the ramp, before sliding up into the ring and executing their best impressions of the Booty Poppin Dance Group, complete with booty shakes, charlie’s angels poses, and embarrassing dance moves! Their music then comes to a halt, as the bell sounds and both Kaitlyn and Cameron Lynn start things off.

The two lock up, as Kaitlyn applies a headlock to Cameron. This hold stays in tact, until Kaitlyn charges forward…and…and…SNATCHES CAMERON’S WIG OFF! Lynn screams in horror, as Kaitlyn holds that sucker up in the air like a Championship. Cameron springs forward, but shes met with a shoulder block to send her down. Kaitlyn teases Cameron with that wig as if she were a mouse longing for cheese, before Lynn grabs it away and scurries to her corner to tag in Naomi.

Naomi charges forward, but the powerful Kaitlyn hoists her up into the air and slams her into the corner. Naomi tries to run, but Kaitlyn shoves her back and pounds away! Kaitlyn backs up and charges with a butt bump of her own, before tossing Naomi pretty roughly into the opposing side of the ring. Cameron Lynn begins to scream at Kaitlyn, which ends up taking her focus off of Naomi, allowing her to grab Kaitlyn from behind and shove her shoulder first into the steel pole (ouch).

Naomi traps Kaitlyn’s arm in the ropes, as a chant in support of the NXT winner breaks out. Naomi drags Kaitlyn over to her corner and makes the tag out to Cameron, who steps her furry boots into the ring. Cameron kicks Kaitlyn in the arm multiple times, before trapping her shoulder in the ropes and taunting the fans. From there, she applies an arm lock, as Kaitlyn tries to lift the dancing diva up and take control. Unfortunately for her though, Cameron knees her in the back and tosses her down by the hair. Tag out to Naomi, as she continues to work over the arm as well.

Naomi with a European Uppercut, before sending Kaitlyn into the corner…to which she capitalizes on and flings herself back with a nice elbow off the ropes! Kaitlyn crawls…and crawls….and YES! Tag out to Caylee Turner, who charges in and ducks a clothesline from the first ever FCW Divas Champion. She springs off the ropes and nails one of her own accord, followed up with another, and then a dropkick! Caylee then runs off the ropes and comes out with an awesome looking Handspring Bulldog! She hooks the leg, but Cameron Lynn drags her off Naomi.

Caylee proceeds to kick Cameron in the stomach and toss her out of the ring. Naomi goes for a kick once Turner spins back around, but Caylee catches her leg, sweeps it down, and flips over into a jacknife cover for a two count. Turner goes to irish whip Naomi off the ropes, but its reversed and Cameron Lynn ends up grabbing onto Caylee’s boot, which proves to be just enough damage to distract her long enough for Naomi to hit the Nightfalls! Hook of the leg, and that’s all she wrote! Naomi, Cameron, and Byron celebrate, as Kaitlyn and Caylee must pick themselves up and try again another day.

After the conclusion to the divas match, we head over to Briley Pierce, who is standing by with Richie Steamboat at the interview area. Briley asks Richie why he has been kicking Husky Harris in the face as of late, questioning if he could possibly explain his actions. Richie takes over from here, and claims that the first time was an accident, but the second was purely justified. Steamboat claims he heard Aksana screaming, and seeing Husky Harris standing over her was too much to just sit and let happen.

Richie says that he doesn’t know about Husky, but in the Steamboat family, he was raised to respect women, not to beat them. He states that Aksana is not only a woman, but one of the FCW Divas, and he was protecting her in a way that he does not regret. Out of nowhere pops Aksana, who clings to Richie. Briley tries to get Aksana to add a statement, but she simply ignores him and the two walk off together, arms around waist and all.

Finally, right after that segment, we had another video package highlighting the new (phenomenal, brilliant, unique, amazing, awesome, fantastic, great…oh the list goes on and on) stable consisting of Conor O’Brian, Kenneth Cameron, Tito Colon, and Raquel Diaz, entitled “The Ascension”.

Raquel: “Now I lay me down to sleep”
Tito: (As you all know from my NXT Watch, Spanish is not my language of choice. Not even attempting…)
Kenneth: “If I die…before I wake…”
Conor: “You pray…before you sleep…Ascension preys…while you sleep.”

From there, Kenneth Cameron opens his hand up to reveal a glowball, before closing it back up to reveal pure darkness, as the faces of each member flash on screen, followed up with the Ascension in creepy font. (Note: this video cuts off at Raquel’s face, but the full show displays this.)

Thoughts: Another bunch of diva related segments tonight. I’ll start with the match, that I personally enjoyed. I know this will likely (and unfortunately) get loads of flack because Ariane is involved, but hats off to her because she really seems to be getting into a character and doing little things during a match to reflect it. The wig scene was hilarious, and I love that shes actually investing into standing out and being different with the character instead of being the typical heel or the typical face. I easily compare her to Audrey Marie in the sense that both made their in ring debut a few months in, for a tag match, and I think Cameron was a bit better in hers. That’s taking nothing away from Audrey because she’s gotten loads better since then, just using this as a comparison between what she was like back in July to where Cameron is at now.

Caylee is also beginning to really impress in the ring. Her handspring bulldog was sick, and I thought all of the moves she did flowed well and were beginning to set herself apart from Alicia Fox. Naomi and Kaitlyn were their usual great selves, so not much has to really be said. Kaitlyn has definitely improved dramatically since this time last year, and it’s great to see her with a unique moveset as well. The Ascension is obviously one of my favorite things going in FCW, and I long for the day a video package like this ends up playing during Raw or Smackdown…sigh.

Come one, come all to another FCW Watch!~ Today, I come bearing a plethora of gifts, as we continue to witness the development of Aksana‘s devious ways, alongside Audrey Marie defending her Divas Championship against Leah West (Irena Janjic), AND Naomi, as well as Cameron Lynn (Ariane Andrew) and Byron Saxton take to the microphone in an exclusive interview with Briley Pierce.

Without any further ado, let’s get started!

As we head to the back, FCW interviewer Briley Pierce, stands by with the greatest wrestler to ever lace up a pair of boots, Husky Harris (no bias here whatsoever). Briley asks Husky if Bo Rotundo’s condition is improving at all (Note: Bo was forced to vacate his championship when he suffered a lacerated kidney). Husky informs us that Bo will be fine, but more importantly, after tonight he will seize his opportunity and emerge victorious in the triple threat main event this evening. Out of nowhere, Richie Steamboat emerges and tries to wish Husky luck with an apology for things getting out of hand last week.

Husky simply says okay and pats Briley on the back as he heads out. Briley then turns the interview towards Richie, when out of nowhere the screams of Aksana can be heard from the room Husky just entered. Richie charges in as he sees Husky standing over a fallen Aksana. He spins Husky around and superkicks the taste out of his mouth! Richie then consoles a crying Aksana, as she suddenly changes tune with a smirk to the camera when their backs are all turned.

From there, we head out to the ring where Leah West makes her entrance in this FCW Divas Championship match! She is soon followed by the Divas Champ herself, cowgirl Audrey Marie! After some posing on the stage with her title, she steps up to the ring and gets inside. Leah seems ready for her big opportunity to make Audrey’s reign the shortest of all time, as the referee holds the belt up. The bell sounds, as the two women lock up. Audrey shoves Leah to the turnbuckle for a two count, followed by a wrist lock that she maintains for a few various holds. She sends Leah into the ropes and goes for a dropkick, to which West holds on and Marie is sent crashing down.

Leah slams Audrey back by the hair for a two count, as she then applies a choke hold that transitions into a few claw holds on the shoulders. From there, West turns it into an impressive looking submission where she grabs Audrey’s arms and bends her back over the knee! William Regal informs us that the move is applied correctly, and how it must be the Lance Storm training in Leah that helps her. (Trust me, if you watch NXT, William Regal is not easy to please when it comes to applying maneuvers correctly)

Leah slams Audrey’s head forward, before picking her up and sending her into the ropes. Audrey leaps over West and goes for a Sunset Flip, but Leah pokes her in the eye and goes to slam down on top of her…only Audrey rolls out of the way and West ends up colliding butt first into the ring canvas. Marie ducks a fist, and then takes control with an atomic drop! From there, she takes Leah down with a shoulder tackle, followed up with a clothesline. She goes to apply a full nelson, but Leah tries to reverse it, only she ends up getting caught right in Audrey’s finisher, The Round Up! Hook of the leg gets the victory for our Divas Champion as she retains her title!

Briley Pierce returns to our viewing, as he is seen standing by with the controversial faction that formed last week between Byron Saxton, Naomi, and Cameron Lynn. Briley questions why Saxton has associated himself with the two women, as Byron puts them over while they pose at ringside in their furry boots. Byron tells the universe that they are unique, different, and that they have a platform of potential. Naomi tries to take over, but Byron says not yet! He says if you mess with any one of them, you’re gonna get messed up.

Naomi then takes the microphone and first off, gives a shout out to her momma, her dad, and her brother who she always used to tell she would be on TV one day…HEYYYYYYYY. HOLLLAAA. Naomi proclaims that all these other divas ain’t got nothing on them, and that they are the best divas in FCW. She continues with Whoever wants some, can come get some! Cameron then takes the microphone from Naomi and proclaims that she’s got an idea! She says that next week, they should challenge any two divas in the back to a match. She follows it up with a cackle and a YEAHHHHHHHHHHH, which sparks the two ladies to exchange YEAHHHHHHH’S. After a HEYYYYY from Cameron and a HOLLLAAA from Naomi, they head out as Byron lets out one final YEAHHHHHH.

Thoughts: Where do I begin? Anytime I can write about the greatest wrestler of all time, Husky Harris, you know the FCW Watch will be top notch full of stuff to talk about. I’m intrigued to where this whole Aksana storyline is heading as it’s getting more interesting than just her talking to people now. The match between Leah and Audrey was a solid outing. I wasn’t sure what to expect between the two but I liked what I saw. Leah seems, to me, that she could be a really good heel. I don’t know why but I get the vibe from her during her entrance and more aggressive moveset. I also think she performs better when she’s in control of the match as opposed to when someone else is.

The interview, I’m sure will bring up a lot of stereotype controversy, but let’s all remember that Santino Marella got popular because he was a stereotype of an Italian. Wrestling is about over the top characters, and, I personally, love the gimmick between Byron, Naomi, and Cameron. I think it has potential to take them to the main show after they get more accustomed to working together and some more training for newly recruited, Cameron. Naomi was unfortunately not going anywhere being on her own, and at least now she seems to have rejuvenated her career in FCW as opposed to showing up to wrestle a singles match here and there.

Up first, we have the grand debut of the Ascension! A Stable involving Raquel Diaz, Conor O’Brian, Kenneth Cameron, and Tito Colon.

As we open to the next segment, our Pikachu clad AJ is seen on commentary with William Regal and Matt Martlaro. She states that she’s out here to scout the divas competition, as the debuting Leah West makes her entrance into the arena. AJ tells the world that Leah is the first Australian diva and has trained at Lance Storm’s school in Canada. Impressive! Just then, the music of Byron Saxton hits, as he enters with his arm still in sling. Once Byron makes his way out to the stage, he raises his hand into the air and some funked up disco music hits, as the best thing to hit my eyes since life itself, Naomi and Cameron Lynn booty pop their way out to the stage.

As they are announced, they start getting down! No words can explain the level of approval I have at this entire group right now. Cameron makes sure her new blonde hair is secure, as Byron leads our new female dance group to the ring…not before they engage in a team booty pop though. They finally enter the ring, as the two execute a Charlie’s Angels like pose down. From there, they walk over to the ropes and throttle one of their legs over the top as they do a dance down blanacing act (Yeah I didn’t know what to say here…too in awe of this brilliance). Some rump shaking follows suit, as Naomi removes her wig and hands it off to Cameron. She makes sure Naomi looks presentable, as both she and Byron finally exit the ring and we get started.

“HOLLA!”

The two lock up, as Naomi takes control with a side headlock. Leah reverses it into an elbow lock, proceeding into a headlock of her own. Naomi fights out and sends Leah into the ropes, only she comes back with a shoulder tackle as AJ compares Naomi to a sexy fruit roll up that both she and I dig right now. Leah goes to run off the ropes, but Naomi grabs her by the leg and boots her in the side of the head. She sends Leah flying into the second rope, before adding a kick to the stomach for good measure.

Naomi begins to ruthlessly beat down on Leah with various kicks and shots to the back. A European uppercut sends West into the second rope, as Naomi chokes her with her boot. A 2 Count for Naomi, as she then locks in a sleeper hold. As we learn that Naomi’s greatest strength is her backside, Naomi sends Leah into the ropes. West comes back with a kick to the shoulder, but Naomi impales her with a brutal clothesline out of nowhere for a near fall. Our former champion kicks West in the stomach and runs off the ropes. She attempts to go for a running facebuster (ala Melina) but Leah simply tosses her down and stops any form of maneuver!

On the outside, Cameron Lynn can be heard freaking out, as Leah takes control with a few chop blocks to the face, followed by a nice kick to the head for a close call. Leah picks Naomi up and drops her with a reverse style DDT, but does not secure the three count needed. As she goes to pick Naomi back up, Night nails her with a jawbreaker. Leah is thrown into the corner, and as Naomi comes charging forth, West lifts her over the top rope and she lands on the ring apron. Night slams her head into the turnbuckle pad, and begins scaling the top rope. From there, she leaps off with a beautiful overhead neckbreaker for the victory! Post win, of course Cameron is extatic, as the places Naomi’s wig back on her head, and the two begin a dance in the middle of the ring, which also features some sick splits by Lynn!

Thoughts: Best thing I’ve ever seen. It may not be a popular opinion once this is posted, but if you can entertain me that much, I’m won over. Naomi, Cameron, and Byron have gotta be called up with this so that the world can see what we have just witnessed. Aside from my general awe about the sexy fruit roll up and her dancing blonde partner, I also thought the match was solid. I’m glad that Leah debuted on TV because I enjoy watching her, and she can only grow from here on out. Onto the Ascension, it is also the best thing I’ve ever seen. Im honestly torn with so much greatness involving stables on this episode that I’m running out of words to say so I’ll just let others take it away.

Thoughts: Starting off with the first segment, I’m intrigued to see where they’re going with Aksana’s character. For the past few weeks she was seen with both Bo Rotundo and Husky Harris, but now moving onto Richie Steamboat? Is she targeting generational superstars to form a stable? Or perhaps they just meet her liking…only time will tell! The Ascension is pretty much the best thing I’ve ever seen and it will be a crime if they do not make it to the main show. Audrey Marie actually was pretty solid in the interview, albeit how short it was. Even though she didn’t use her world renown southern accent from her debut, she felt believable in what she was saying. Not many could pull off excitement and generally sound sincere as opposed to acting, but (cowgirl) hats off to her for her big win. Join me again next week where we return back to our regular sized FCW Watches!

The plucky theme music of our challenger hits, as Audrey Marie enters the arena. Eden Stiles announces the following contest as being a Championship match, as we are introduced to fellow diva, Caylee Turner, joining the announce desk to scout the upcoming competition. They head to a recap of the events from two weeks ago leading up to tonight’s match, as Aksana (complete with espionage like theme) makes her grand entrance and things get underway.

The bell sounds as the referee raises the title up for all to see. The two look to lock up, but Aksana kicks Audrey in the stomach off the bat. She drags the perky cowgirl over to the corner but Audrey blocks it with her boot and takes Aksana to the limit with a head slam to the turnbuckle. She goes to Irish Whip Aksana, but the black haired beauty reverses it and sends Audrey flying into the ropes. She comes back with a kick to the face, following up with a clothesline, and then a hip toss to send the Champion down.

Audrey kicks Aksana in the stomach and hits a suplex positioned bodyslam for a two count. Audrey goes to punch Aksana in the face but she blocks it, and then Aksana looks to do the same, only Audrey blocks it as well and finally connects with the punch to our Champion. Audrey charges into the corner, but Aksana lifts her over the top ropes, as Caylee Turner compares Aksana’s newfound attitude to that of a “mean jellybean” which has completely forced me to pause this and take a moment to chuckle.

As I press play, we return to see Audrey Marie on the ring apron. She punches Aksana in the face and headbutts her in the stomach. From there, she looks to flip over the top rope, but Aksana shoves her off mid move and she collides face first with the ring apron! Audrey tries to recover, as Aksana slams her face into the ring apron and chops at her. After a head slam, she covers for only a one count. Aksana applies a choke hold to the throat of the challenger, as Caylee Turner seems to be in shock that William Regal does not like a manipulative woman.

Back to the action, Aksana tells everybody to shut up, as Audrey could use all the support she can get. Aksana takes control and slams the challenger’s head down, before reverting back to the hold that got her to where she is.

The two finally reach a vertical base, as Aksana takes control with a sick kick combo to send Audrey back down. She drags Marie back to the center of the ring and covers, but only for a two count. Audrey goes towards the ropes to aid her in getting to her feet, but Aksana takes control applying both of her legs to the back in a choke. She slams Audrey backwards onto the ring canvas, before locking in a headlock and dropping an elbow. She covers for a near fall! The champion follows up with a nice suplex, looking to follow up with another…but Audrey slips through the legs and escapes!

Audrey rolls Aksana up out of nowhere! One…Two…NO! Aksana kicks Audrey back, and then delivers a nasty boot to the stomach. She then flies off the ropes and manages to slide through a clothesline attempt from the challenger, before kicking Audrey in the stomach and sending her into the ropes. She goes for the Devo Drop…but Audrey reverses into a small package!

One…

Two…

THREE!

Audrey Marie has just become the FCW Divas Champion! The crowd celebrates Audrey’s victory as Aksana heads to the back in defeat. They then proceed to recap the final events of the match, as we head to an amazingly done video promo from Raquel Diaz, Kenneth Cameron, Tito Colon, and former NXT Rookie, Conor O’Brian, who have all been recruited by Ricardo Rodriguez to form The Ascension!~

The group is seen standing on a roof top in pure darkness, as they speak the following:

“As the great Phoenix emerges…”

(I’m not fluent in Spanish, sorry folks)

“The fifth dimension means we’re strolling through the gates of heaven”

“Tides are turning….”

“We are the Ascension…and We…Will…Rise!”

As this video comes to a close, we head to the back now with Briley Pierce standing by with the former FCW Divas Champion, Aksana. As the dark haired diva begins to sob uncontrollably, she is approached by none other than the greatest wrestler to ever lace up a pair of boots, Husky Harris! Husky tells her that she got exactly was she deserved in the match with Audrey.

Husky goes to walk off, but Aksana stops him and begins apologizing for everything that has happened, saying she didn’t mean any of it. Husky begins to fall for her charms and in an attempt to calm her down, he brings her in for a hug. As the camera closes in on her face, we can see Aksana give us a devilish smirk, showing that nothing she just said was how she really felt. Will Husky be the next victim in her game of lies?!

Thoughts: Talk about a lot of action! Audrey Marie is coming along pretty quickly to me. If you look at those first two matches she had, compared to where she’s at now, it’s pretty cool to be able to see her improvement. With the diva pool so thin currently, I’m glad they decided to go with her and breathe some life into that title. She was the most logical choice to go with, and I’m hoping to see her have a good reign when it’s all said and done. The Ascension promo was phenomenal and I can’t express how much I want them on one of the main shows. They have all the makings of a great stable and I see nothing but great things for them in the future.

Australian native Janjic is a Lance Storm trained student best known for her time spent on the Canadian television series, World of Hurt, where she was the featured contestant on the debut episode.

She reported to FCW in late June and recently made her television debut at the last set of tapings, taking on Naomi in a match that will air in the middle of October.

Leah is WWE’s first Australian Diva, but will soon be joined by Tenille who was also signed earlier this year.

New espionage type music hits, as Aksana steps onto the entrance way with her darker look. After some fine announcing by Cameron Lynn (Ariane Andrew), the bell sounds and things get underway. The two lock up, as Audrey takes the champion over with a side headlock takedown. Aksana reverses it into a roll up, but just for a near fall before Audrey takes control again.

They both get to a vertical base, as Audrey is Irish Whipped into the ropes. She runs back and manages to smartly reverse it, tossing Aksana into the opposing side. She takes Aksana down with a hip toss for a two count. From there, Audrey takes control of the match again with another side headlock takedown, only Aksana counters into a leg lock that Marie manages to break. Audrey applies a front face lock, but Aksana simply lifts her into the air (that bodybuilding past coming to good use, eh?) and backs her into the corner.

She pounds Audrey’s head into the turnbuckle and proceeds to level her back with a few vicious kicks. Aksana tosses her down to the mat and covers for a near fall, before grabbing Audrey into an abdominal stretch. The champion shows her ring smarts by grabbing onto the ropes to add pressure behind the referee’s back, before breaking the hold. Aksana chokes Audrey on the ropes using her leg, but then throws her back and scores another close call.

Aksana irish whips Audrey into the corner, but she manages to elbow the champion in the face as she charges forward. Marie lifts her legs up and places them around Aksana’s head, then proceeding to kick her using the back of her calf. Audrey then ascends to the second rope and leaps off with a nice spinning heel kick for a two count. She goes for a face lock, but Aksana counters into a small package for barely even a one count before Audrey kicks out.

Aksana goes towards the ropes, but Audrey applies a reverse headlock, and looks to go for her finishing maneuver, which she calls “The Round-Up”, only Aksana manages to dodge out of way and she crashes down to the mat in pain. Hook of the legs by the Champion for a one count, before picking Audrey up and taking control. She goes to send Marie into the ropes, but Audrey reverses it. Aksana slides under the legs and drills Audrey with the Devo Drop Spinebuster to officially gain the pinfall and victory!

After the match, Aksana picks Audrey up and sends her flying outside the ring. She blasts her back first into the ring apron, before throwing her down into the steel barricade! Aksana then lifts Audrey up and throws her into the steel steps, as Aksana poses over her and declares that this is NOT FINISHED. A devilish Aksana then makes her way to the back, as the segment comes to an end.

Right before his match with Leo Kruger, Bo Rotundo is seen backstage about to make his entrance to the arena. He is soon stopped by Aksana, as she confronts him in near tears. She manages to blurt out “It’s your brother!” although Bo, now seeming to have a new attitude as well since aligning with Aksana, simply ignores her and goes to compete in his match rather than seeing what was wrong with his brother, Husky Harris. As he heads out, the camera pans into our Champion, who reveals that her tears were fake, as she smirks to the camera to show her approval of this new version of Bo Rotundo.

Thoughts: When I saw this match on paper, I was a little worried to review it. Audrey is still really new, and I wasnt sure if Aksana was to the level to control it, but the match was actually not bad to me. There was a little bit of a confusion spot after the spin kick, but they recovered and got to the finish. Audrey looked better in this match than her past two showings, and I’m excited to see how the next match in this series will be. The aftermath was also really cool as they seem to be portraying Aksana’s new attitude as deadly, instead of comical like in the past.

We head to the back where Maxine and William Regal stand in the office of Steve Keirn. Maxine questions if Keirn got the letters from her attorney stating that the charges against her were nonexistant and that she was right. However, he decides to leave Norman Smiley in charge, which infuriates Maxine. William Regal attempts to stand up for the bombshell, but after being threatened with a revealing scandal caught on film, he changes his tune and supports Norman as the general manager.

We head to the arena, where Naomi makes her entrance for a Divas Championship match against Aksana. The champion, however, enters without her title, crown, and debuting her new look on FCW. She takes the microphone and tells “Narmi” that while she thought they were having a match, it’s not going to be happening. This brings out the GM, Norman Smiley, who tells Naomi that she will instead face Sonia, who enters in tow with her partner, Audrey Marie to stand ringside.

The bell rings as the two lock up before a break occurs. Sonia piefaces Naomi, sparking the former Champ to hit a nice dropkick to send Sonia down. Sonia counters an Irish Whip attempt but Naomi manages to fly out of the corner and hit the butt bump for a one count. From there, Naomi applies a rear chin lock, but Sonia elbows out and sends her into the ropes. Naomi snaps a kick off and Sonia goes for a drop toe hold but Naomi stops herself from colliding with the ropes. This only saves her momentarily, as Sonia kicks her in the shoulder for a two count. Audrey screams at a fan, as Sonia applies a nice modified surfboard. She chokes Naomi in the ropes, followed by the corner as well. Sonia begins going crazy with screams and punches, until Naomi hits her in the stomach.

Sonia goes for a suplex, but Naomi counters it into a small package for a two. Sonia then drops her with a clothesline, as Audrey Marie approves at ringside. Sonia with a slap, which frustrates Naomi into some kicks and punches. Sonia sends Naomi into the ropes, but Naomi flies off with a crossbody followed up with a forearm and then a flipping clothesline. Kick to the stomach and a bodyslam follows as Naomi goes for some type of move but the camera turns to Audrey and we dont really see what it was. Sonia goes for a suplex but Naomi slips out and hits the running leg lariat for the victory!

The upbeat theme of AJ hits, as out comes she and fellow Chickbusters partner, Kaitlyn, as well as Tough Enough alumni, Caylee Turner. Following the three of them comes Sonia, Audrey Marie, and Raquel Diaz (who notably does the infamous Guerrero pose during her entrance). As all six women stand in the ring, the bell sounds as Turner and Diaz start things out.

They lock up as William Regal smartly explains that Raquel wants to make a name for herself which is why she doesn’t use the Guerrero name. The two fight for leverage, as Raquel takes Caylee down with by the hair. She then takes advantage with a wrist lock, as Turner flips over and kips up to reverse the pressure and take Raquel down. Diaz charges off the ropes but Caylee ducks down and connects with a dropkick. Arm drag to follow up, and then a Northern Lights Suplex for a one count.

Turner tags out to AJ, as Raquel scurries to her corner and tags in a surprised Sonia. AJ connects with a kick to the stomach but Sonia soon takes control. Audrey Marie tags in as the duo double teams AJ with a clothesline to the corner. Audrey tosses AJ down and then applies a sick bow & arrow which basically stretches AJ like a pretzel, as Ricardo Rodriguez enters the arena to scout the divas.

AJ flips over for a near fall, as Audrey applies a chokehold and tags Raquel back in. Sonia then enters the mix and flips AJ down, before Raquel quick tags back in and chokes AJ. Diaz with a kick, before bending the arms of AJ back and applying her boot to the back in a submission maneuver. She teases with AJ and steps on her hand, as Sonia tags in. She sends AJ into the second rope and charges, but Lee manages to move out of the way and send Sonia flying out of the ring.

Kaitlyn and Audrey make the tag for their respective teams, as the NXT 3 winner hits a low dropkick, followed by a spinning elbow. She sends Marie into the corner and hits a slightly off sidewalk slam for a near fall. Kaitlyn rolls through into a pin fall but accidentally runs into Raquel and knocks her off the apron as Audrey breaks the pin. Sonia runs to check on her, as AJ and Caylee head over to take them down. Meanwhile, Kaitlyn executes a backslide in the ring and pins Audrey’s shoulders to the mat to score the victory for her team!

Thoughts: I thought the segment with Maxine was fun, I’m enjoying this angle between her and William Regal and I hope to see more of it as the episodes progress. I thought Naomi vs. Sonia was decent, I enjoyed it until towards the end it started to get a little off. I did like Audrey’s screaming at fans though, in particular. The six Diva tag match was pretty refreshing, since we got to see Raquel and Caylee finally make their ring debuts on TV, and did pretty well against one another. I’m still bitter we won’t get to see Sonia anymore since I was really taking a liking to her, but overall her last two matches for FCW were enjoyable.

Last week, Andrew’s profile was removed just days after her addition to the site, but it looks as if they just placed her on the site too soon.

Ariane and a couple of new male Superstars were added to the roster last week only to have their profiles taken down yesterday along with a batch of released talent.

Clarifying her WWE status, Ariane wrote on Twitter: “Bye bye Cali! About to board back home into Tampa. Time to get back to work!”

Thoughts: I’m guessing this was a technical error on the FCW web team’s part while removing the released talent. I had suspicions about her being released when I learned that a couple of others who were added at the same time as her were also removed. It’s highly unlikely they were all released.

Sadly, no such reprieve for Sonia (Su Yung), who, it seems, has indeed been released.

Ariane was only just added to the roster page last week.

Several male Superstars have also been removed from the roster. It seems like WWE’s cuts last Friday also extended to the developmental roster.

Sonia joined the WWE developmental territory last year after several years on the independent scene as Su Yung. Ariane was signed after competing on Tough Enough.

Andrew, who was the first contestant cut in the Tough Enough premiere by Stone Cold Steve Austin, is now going under the name Cameron Lynn.

Still to be added are fellow former TE contestant, Christina Crawford and Irena Janjic, both of whom debuted (or returned in Christina’s case) in FCW recently.

We head to the interview area where Briley Pierce stands with the debuting Sonia and Audrey Marie. Pierce remarks how he cant believe he gets paid to do this, before questioning what they plan to do in their debut against two of the most decorated divas in the promotion, AJ and Aksana. Audrey (complete with southern accent) reveals a moving saying that her grandma told her, in that she could decorate a cow all she wants, but at the end of the day it’s still a cow. She doesn’t mean Aksana and AJ are like farm animals or anything, and starts to get riled up at the thought of facing off against them before Sonia takes control and tells her to calm down. Sonia remarks that while AJ and Aksana may be the two most successful divas, Sonia and Audrey have a good feeling that after tonight they will be known as losers (get the picture?).

From there, we head to the ring as Eden announces the upcoming match and the team of AJ/Aksana make their way to the ring. After a few failed attempts to get the bell rung, it finally commences and we are underway. Sonia and AJ lock up in the center of the ring, as AJ takes control sending Sonia into the ropes. She flies in with a reverse elbow to send the newcomer to the mat for a two count. Sonia takes control and sends AJ into the corner, where she applies an illegal chokehold until the count of three. She takes it upon herself to distract the referee, which allows Audrey to grab AJ from the hair and send her down. Sonia goes for a pinfall, but only gets a 2 count. This seems to infuriate her, as she lets out a shrill scream at the sight of AJ’s kick out.

Sonia throws AJ back into the corner and begins choking her with her boot until she makes the tag to Audrey. Audrey Marie proceeds to kick AJ in the stomach, before tossing her down by the back of the head. Marie then applies a knee to the back of Lee, as she bends AJ back by applying a modified camel clutch to add even more pressure to the back of AJ. The crowd begins to get behind AJ, but Audrey lets go of the hold and begins to taunt AJ until Lee manages to slap her in the stomach. Marie applies a front face lock and falls back into the corner, where Sonia makes the tag back in.

Sonia gets a roll up for a one count, before taking control with another front face lock. AJ tries to fight out, but Sonia takes control with a mat slam. From there, she begins clawing at the back of Lee, before digging her knee into the back and stretching her arms out in a nice modified surfboard, making sure to break it before her own shoulders were counted for a two. She then kicks AJ to the mat and Audrey tags back in. Sonia tosses Audrey into AJ with a double team clothesline of sorts, as Marie then sends AJ into a different corner and goes for a body splash, but Lee manages to move out of the way and tag in her partner. Aksana charges with two clotheslines to Audrey, followed by a bodyslam and slap to the face for a two count.

Sonia attempts to break the pinfall up, but Aksana manages to toss her outside the ring. Audrey tries to take advantage with a roll up, but makes the mistake of putting her feet on the ropes with the referee in clear view. She takes it upon herself to argue with the ref over his call, distracting her just long enough for the Champion to take control with a roundhouse kick to the head for the victory. Sonia and Audrey exit the ring as AJ and Aksana pose for the crowd.

Thoughts: Well first off, it was great to finally see some new faces on TV. For a while it’s been the same batch of females used, so it’s cool to see some change. The promo was interesting, I’m not sure I bought Audrey’s southern accent, maybe it’s just from hearing her in person, but I thought her gimmick was funny and at least I was entertained. I enjoyed Sonia a lot and I think she comes off well as a heel. The match was solid for what it was. Audrey was green, but I expected it given how new she is. She didn’t mess anything up, she just seemed to not know where to go next in parts, which like I said, is understandable. I enjoyed Sonia and AJ working together, especially the submission hold towards the middle of the match, and it’s good to see Aksana pick up another win since she’s billed as the top of the division. I would like to see Sonia as her next challenger though to freshen things up.

Thoughts: Pretty good debut for the duo in my opinion. From her past segment with AJ, I’ve thought Raquel was pretty sweet on the mic, and tonight further went on to show it. I enjoyed her putting Rusev over as the monster he resembles, all while he stood there looking intimidating, sort of like a silent but deadly type deal. Personally, I hope to see more from the two of them together as I think it’s pretty refreshing, and it allows Raquel to get some character before she steps into the ring. Thumbs up from me.

Up first is the challenger, as Kaitlyn makes her way to the ring complete with the tune of ‘You Make the Rain Fall’. She hops into the ring and executes her somersault entrance, as Aksana’s music hits. Out comes the champion herself, pointing to everyone that they should acknowledge both her crown and championship. Aksana steps into the ring as the referee raises the title high in the air and we get things started.

The two Divas lock up as Kaitlyn takes the advantage and grabs Aksana around the waist. The champion then reverses into a waist lock of her own, as Kaitlyn breaks it and applies pressure to the wrist. Kaitlyn maneuvers it into an arm lock, which she then proceeds to lift Aksana off the ground and hoist her in air, before its countered as Aksana lands on her feet. Kaitlyn takes full advantage of this though, as she rams her shoulder into champ and knocks her to the floor.

Kaitlyn hooks the leg but doesn’t even get a one count. The challenger goes back to working over the arm and applies an arm lock, before transitioning to the wrist again. Aksana manages to roll through, and kip up, before reversing the wrist lock into a beautiful leg sweep to send Kaitlyn down. She then proceeds to drop an elbow for a one count. An irish whip sends Kaitlyn flying into the corner, but she ducks out of the way as Aksana charges towards her. Ever the smart Champion though, Aksana lifts her boot up and manages to avoid running into the corner herself.

As Kaitlyn sees Aksana in position, she lifts her leg up and ends up booting the champ in the stomach, before another irish whip sends Aksana back into the corner, this time for good. Aksana jumps off the bottom turnbuckle and lands both feet onto Kaitlyn’s shoulders, looking to go for a headscissors it looks. Using her proven upper body strength, Kaitlyn manages to lift Aksana over the top rope as she lands feet first onto the ring apron.

The challenger goes for a punch, but Aksana blocks it and executes one of her own to send Kaitlyn to the canvas. As the champion tries to step back inside, Kaitlyn manages to kick her in the knee, causing her to fall. Both women quickly get back to a vertical base, as Kaitlyn manages to headbutt Aksana right in the stomach for just a two count. From there, Kaitlyn continues to take control with a leg scissors, that she turns into a modified crucifix pin for another near fall.

Aksana finally breaks the hold, and sends Kaitlyn flying into the ropes. Kaitlyn manages to duck a clothesline and grab the champion by the waist. Aksana counters through and runs behind Kaitlyn, but Kaitlyn manages to reverse whatever Aksana was going to attempt into a nice back body drop. Aksana holds onto Kaitlyn’s legs for good measure and goes for a sunset flip, but Kaitlyn simply sits down on Aksana, before covering her for a close pinfall. Aksana rolls her over into another near pin, as both women get to two feet.

Kaitlyn goes to irish whip Aksana into the ropes, but holds on to her and charges with a knee to the stomach. She repeats this maneuver, only this time allowing Aksana to flip over the knee and fall to the canvas. A hook of the leg gets a two count for the challenger in this pretty even bout. Kaitlyn returns to the leg scissors, as Aksana repeatedly elbows out of it until she breaks out. Kaitlyn takes control with a few punches to the back, and goes to pick Aksana up until the champion counters with a jawbreaker.

A punch to the face of Kaitlyn, before Aksana sends Kaitlyn into the ropes and hits her with an elbow that seems to just stun Kaitlyn. A running clothesline though, takes the challenger down for good measure. A dropkick comes next, followed by an impactful smack to the face which might have knocked Kaitlyn back into her NXT days, gets a two count. Both women get to a vertical base, as Kaitlyn goes for another headbutt that Aksana counters into a backslide for the victory!

Thoughts: Yowza, talk about a back and forth match. I was impressed with both of them. Kaitlyn is pretty good when given longer matches, but I also thought this was one of Aksana’s best showings as well. She and Kaitlyn work well together and made for an enjoyable match overall.

Saturday night, I attended another FCW Show, and as always, it was a great time. Before the show, I got to meet Kaitlyn and just as I was literally stepping out the door to leave, I spotted Maxine and also got to meet her. Both of them were great to talk to and it was awesome to get to see them as I normally dont get to meet people who are wrestling that night.

This was definitely the best of my trips, and the Divas match was a large battle royal involving Audrey Marie, Caylee Turner (Christina Crawford), Sonia, Maxine, Kaitlyn, Raquel Diaz, Divas Champion, Aksana, and the debuting, Ariane, of Tough Enough fame. Now before I get into the match, bear with me that it’s pretty hard to remember most of the eliminations since I was trying to get some non-blurry pics, so I’m just going to summarize the match with some notes instead.

* Ariane (which she was announced as) was the first eliminated but tangled with Caylee Turner for a few I believe.

* Somewhere in the middle of this, Audrey Marie, Caylee Turner, and Maxine (I believe in that order, but not definitely sure) were all tossed over because the next thing I knew we were down to 4. (It’s pretty hard to pay attention to eliminations when trying to focus on everything without a camera crew to film it).

* The final four were Aksana, Kaitlyn, Raquel, and Sonia, with Sonia eliminating Aksana next.

* Kaitlyn was then double teamed by Raquel and Sonia, as they lifted her over the top rope but she was able to hang on until being knocked off by both of them (pretty sick).

* Sonia and Raquel battled for a little bit trying to eliminate each other with clotheslines over the top rope, but Sonia was able to dropkick Raquel out of the ring and surprisingly win.

It seems they might be pushing Sonia as Aksana’s next challenger based on tonight, as well as the ‘Diva of the Month’ video on their site. All in all, the match was fun, but hard to keep up with so much going on. I liked Sonia winning as I was expecting Aksana to so it’s cool to have a surprise. Check out some pics below!

We head to the back where General Manager, Maxine, is seen sitting at her desk with Lucky Cannon and Aksana standing by. She begins scolding them in the fact that she is sick of things not going as she wants them to, stating tonight will be the night things change around here. She books Lucky in a title defense against Bo Rotundo one last time, to which Lucky questions why she would even do that. This enrages Maxine, who screams that it doesn’t matter and how Lucky should do his job and emerge victorious.

In walks FCW President, Steve Keirn, with Norman Smiley by his side. He tells her that she needs to make time for him, and informs her that he does not approve of the way she runs the show. Keirn continues on to state that he officially relieves Maxine of her duties as FCW General Manager, announcing Norman as her replacement. Maxine seems dumbfounded, as Smiley tells her that she needs to get up from his chair. The now ex-gm gets up and screams that Steve Keirn will not have a show because she is taking her Champions and leaving.

Norman interrupts and informs Maxine that she will be wrestling tonight, against the debuting Miss Florida. Maxine tells Norman that he does not know who he is messing with, before grabbing him by the tie and telling him that he needs to watch his ASS. She takes Lucky and Aksana with her as the two males laugh at her frustration and the show heads to a break.

Maxine’s music hits as she and Aksana make their way out to the ring. As the two stand in the ring, some familiar…very familiar, music hits. The national anthem of the beloved season three of NXT plays, as out comes Miss Florida herself. I don’t seem to recognize who this beauty is in the slightest, as her face is partially covered with a blue mask. Maxine can be seen laughing in the ring, as Miss Florida steps up onto the apron and strangely enters the ring in a similar fashion to former Divas Champion, Naomi.

Maxine grabs a microphone from the side and accuses Miss Florida of actually being Naomi. She tells Naomi to just stop because everyone knows who is under the mask, as she continues on saying that she is not wrestling tonight. Maxine calls Aksana over to replace her in the match, but the Divas Champion/Queen of FCW does not obey her, and instead goes to leave the ring. She walks over to Maxine and informs her that since Maxine is no longer in power at FCW, she does not have to do as she says any longer. Aksana then wishes Maxine good luck as she exits the ring. Maxine goes after Aksana, allowing Miss Florida to run up from behind and roll the ex general manager up for the quick victory! Maxine is enraged, as Miss Florida jumps around the ring in celebration. She exits and runs up to the stage, where she removes her mask and reveals herself to indeed be Naomi(god).

Thoughts: When I saw this first reported, I was not looking forward to it because all I read was that there was a 3 second match, but seeing all of the segments go along with it, I’m perfectly fine with that. Maxine is the Queen of Charisma, and she really can not be touched in my opinion. Seeing her focused upon so much tonight was a great switch from what is usually seen, and I can only hope that the removal of her as general manager allows her to be called up where she can display this personality on a national stage like so back on NXT.

Out first making their entrance together is the General Manager, Maxine, and her sorority sister-type acquisition, Queen & Divas Champion of FCW, Aksana! Raquel Diaz clearly has just as much trouble announcing all of that as I do trying to type it, but nonetheless, the two ladies enter the arena as Aksana poses with her belt and Maxine stands ringside. Some pretty familiar music hits, as out comes the first ever Divas Champion, Naomi, sporting some new custom gear that looks great. The bell sounds as the the match gets underway to a plethora of “NA-O-MI” chants erupt.

The two lock up as Naomi takes control with a side head lock. Displaying her athletic ability to its fullest, she leaps onto the top rope and springboards back with a beautiful sunset flip for a two count. Naomi sends Aksana flying and then proceeds to take her down with her patented “Booty Call” which leaves Aksana clutching on to her face in pain. This might be just enough to fire Aksana up as she goes for a clothesline, but Naomi ducks and runs off the ropes before getting planted in the stomach with a kick from Aksana. The Divas Champion then charges towards Naomi and clotheslines her over the top rope as Night falls to the outside.

Maxine starts to make her way over to a downed Naomi, but before she can do anything, the referee stops her. He can not stop the legal competitor however, as Aksana scurries to the outside and tosses Naomi back in. She goes for a pin, but Naomi kicks out after two. The Queen throws Naomi into the turnbuckle before scooping her up with a powerful looking bodyslam for another two. After a kick to the stomach, Aksana sends Naomi throat first onto the second rope and begins using her leg to choke her out. She backs up and obtains the referees attention just long enough for the queen of mean, Maxine, to take advantage and snap Naomi’s arm off the ropes.

Aksana gets another two count, but again Naomi shows her never say die attitude by kicking out. She tosses Naomi into one of the turnbuckles, before instead throwing her to the opposing corner. From there, Aksana delivers an absolutely SICK boot to the side of the face…one that looks like it may have just won her the match right there! Naomi just barely kicks out as Aksana goes for yet another pin attempt. After some relentless beating, Aksana applies a choke hold. The crowd gets behind Naomi, which seems to help her muster up the courage to fight out of the hold and break it. Aksana irish whips Naomi into one of the corners of the ring, but Naomi leaps up onto the second rope and erupts with a phenomenal flying spin elbow!

After both women reach a vertical base, Naomi ducks a clothesline from Aksana and charges off the ropes with a very unique vertical flipping clothesline of her own! She follows it up with a Spin Kick, before going for a leg drop that Aksana is able to dodge out of the way for. From there, Aksana goes for a bodyslam, but Naomi is able to counter it into a small package…only for Maxine to slide into the ring and reverse the pin into Aksana’s favor for a three count!

Naomi is furious after the match, and goes to grab Maxine by the hair. Aksana puts a stop to this though, as she blasts Naomi from behind. A few kicks to the stomach later, the Divas Champ lifts Naomi up and holds her back as Maxine slides into the ring. Out of nowhere though, the infamous pocket rocket, AJ runs out to even up the odds! Maxine slides out, as Aksana tries to before receiving a beatdown from AJ. Naomi kicks Aksana in the head to send her out, as the two infamous rivals engage in a hug inside the ring, showing that even the worst of enemies can see eye to eye at times.

Thoughts: Where do I even begin? The match was very good for me, one of the best ones in FCW in quite some time. Naomi proves with every performance why she deserves to be on television, and this was no exception. Seeing Naomi and AJ embrace at the end was a great touch since they’ve been the two most focused Divas in FCW’s history for their rivalry, and I don’t think they’ve ever been on the same side for TV before. I also really enjoyed Maxine helping the champion, but not overdoing it to where it made Aksana look weak in any way. Speaking of Aksana, getting a successful defense under her belt is good for her reign, but I wish that FCW would use the Divas on a weekly basis because the next match isn’t for another three weeks and I’ve heard it’s very short… so until then, this has been your FCW Watch.

On Saturday night I attended my 6th event at FCW (7th, possibly 8th coming up in the next 2 months due to Melina and Natalya signings). Even though the Divas didn’t compete in a match, it was my favorite of all 6 trips I’ve taken.

When the doors opened at around 6 pm, I went in and immediately saw Brandi Reed and Audrey Marie, the two newest additions to the roster. Took a photo with both, and then met some of the male Superstars as everyone awaited the mystery roster signings to come up in the fan fest. Diva wise, Naomi, AJ, & Kaitlyn were the selections, and I personally, was over the moon with this.

When they walked out they sat at the middle table of the three set up, and just my luck, I was already past Naomi and Kaitlyn, so I figured I’d come back to them later. AJ was who I was most looking forward to meeting since I haven’t gotten to meet her in just about 10 days short of a year, and she was as awesome as ever. Kaitlyn & AJ are two of the best people to meet. If you liked them on NXT, or currently on SmackDown, they are exactly like their TV personas in real life.

I asked AJ if she could sign a picture for my friend, not only did she sign my picture, but she knew who my friend was from Twitter, and even remembered meeting me a year ago. (Thanks Nessa =P) I was pretty surprised, but I mustered up enough strength to get a picture with AJ. After I had a moment to get over the disbelief, I went on and waited for the line to end so I could go back and meet Kaitlyn and Naomi.

First up, I got to Naomi, and if the little cartoon picture of me didn’t give it away, she’s definitely one of my favorites. I told her how I cant wait for her to debut and pretty much every week I hope is the week. She was really nice and talked to me for a couple minutes (probably seconds in reality, but I was too in awe that I was having a conversation with Naomi to realize) about hoping for her to be called up next. I then took a photo with her and went on back to AJ, and this time, Kaitlyn.

AJ (who I firmly believe is the greatest person alive due to her overall awesomeness at the event) asked if they could sign my program over the Dude Busters page since they are the newly formed ‘Chick Busters’ (photo below), and I gladly obliged; in fact, I felt honored. They flipped through it to find the Dude Busters, and through each page they passed by, they determined if the Superstar looked nice or mean. Kaitlyn told me that I am the first person to have the official Chick Busters autographs and I said I would forever keep it due to the meaning and importance it had to me. I took a pic with Kaitlyn and then met some more of the male Superstars until the show started.

Brandi and Audrey shared the ring announcing duties for the night, but the mic was really low so it was hard to hear at times when someone’s music would be playing. They both got nice receptions from the crowd, and this one older woman called Brandi a sexy mama. (Note: She also screamed for Husky Harris to straddle her) Anyways… the matches are always a pleasure to see in person as they get to put in a lot of character to each individual bout.

After intermission, Derrick Batemen came out and announced that there would be an FCW Divas bikini contest up next. This got a solid reaction from the crowd, but I won’t lie, there were fans who wanted to see the Divas in a match instead. Nonetheless, I was just glad to see them featured. Some music hit and out walked Maxine (with newly darkened brown hair), Raquel Diaz (Shaul Guerrero), Sonia, Naomi, Kaitlyn (who totally noticed me when she walked by and made a Chick Busters reference), and AJ.

They all got into the ring and Derrick called up AJ to go first. AJ (who got a huge amount of cheers) took the microphone and said that there were children in the audience and she would not disrobe in front of them. She walked out of the ring and went backstage. Derrick then insisted that to replace AJ, Audrey Marie and Brandi Reed would join in. They walked up from the announce table and got into the ring, and things got underway with Maxine. Let me first warn you, this may get a little repetitive since I’m not sure how to mix things up when writing about a bikini contest, but I’ll do my best. Anyways, Maxine walked to the side of the ring I was sitting on and took off her shorts and top, getting a good pop from the crowd. Raquel Diaz was up next, and she did the same, looking great. Following her was Brandi, who had Derrick help her undo her dress. Naomi followed her, and is friggin’ ripped in person. She has abs that people could only dream of. Naomi was sporting an American themed look, and was pretty over. Sonia was up next and had a kimono on with bubble guns in her hands that she threatened to use on Derrick. Sonia took her robe off and revealed she had floaties on as well, and started using the bubble gun to blow bubbles at the crowd. Something I never thought I would say when leaving FCW: Sonia blew a bubble at me. Kaitlyn continued, and yes, I did root for Kaitlyn due to the Chick Busters reference (and I rooted for Naomi just because she’s Naomi, don’t fret). Kaitlyn told a joke about chili, but the mic, again, was pretty bad so it was hard to hear anyone speak. Nonetheless, she disrobed and got a great response. Audrey was up last and she looked really good in person as well.

Derrick went down the line of girls and asked for crowd applause. Personally, I felt Naomi and Kaitlyn got the loudest reaction (completely unbiased, might I add) but in the end, Derrick awarded the contest to new Diva, Audrey, who celebrated. Naomi then proceeded to take her shirt and whip Derrick with it until all the Divas left ringside except Maxine as she kissed one of the kids in the front row. Audrey then went back around one last time and slapped everyone’s hands, as the segment came to a close.

So, in review, this was definitely my favorite trip by far. Meeting AJ and Kaitlyn together, as well as getting to talk to Naomi, was worth any length of a drive it took. To sum up this experience, I’ll leave you with my final thoughts:

1. Kaitlyn and Naomi were screwed in that bikini contest. Screwed, I tells ya!

2. Brandi Reed is one of the best looking females I have ever seen in person.

3. AJ Lee should be met by every fan alive because of her awesomeness.

FCW has added profiles for two new Divas to its roster, including Brandi Alexis Reed who debuted as a ring announcer on Superstars last week.

Reed is now going by the name of Eden Stiles.

The another new Diva is going by the name Audrey Marie. Her real identity is unknown at this point.
