Bianca Belair vs. Naomi
This is a match that should be on everyone’s list of dream matches. Two of the strongest women on their respective rosters, Bianca Belair vs. Naomi would be as JR would say, a slobberknocker. Both competitors are natural in their gimmicks and the roles that are played.
Naomi has shined in such matches as the Money in the Bank ladder matches along with the Royal Rumble. She has had various storylines since her reign as SmackDown Women’s Champion. Most recently she had a rivalry with Mandy Rose arguing over Naomi’s husband, Jimmy Uso. The storyline didn’t last very long and she hasn’t had a clear direction. Her tag team partnership with Asuka aside, she hasn’t had a clear direction since her title reign in 2017.
Belair most recently has been facing the NXT Women’s Champion Shayna Baszler multiple times for the title. Unfortunately for her, she has come up short on these occasions. Whenever she does move up to the main roster, Naomi should be her first feud. An event at Evolution would be a perfect spot to showcase this.
The storyline for the two won’t need any grandiose meaning behind it. Their in-ring work will speak for itself.
