Tonight at Hell in a Cell, AJ Lee overcame the dual threats of Paige and Alicia Fox to retain the Divas Title.
Both Divas made use of the outside area, Paige whipping AJ into the barricade on several occasions before climbing atop it. Before she could be dragged up with her, AJ swept Paige’s legs out from under her, sending her crashing to the floor.
Alicia did her best to get Paige back in the game, tossing Paige back into the ring. Unfortunately for her, it set up Paige for a loss, as AJ quickly locked in the Black Widow and made Paige tap out.
As AJ celebrated her win, skipping off with her title in tow, Paige let Alicia know what she thought of her “help”, slapping her partner and leaving her behind.
