New Divas Champion, Eve Torres is featured in this ‘Over the Ropes’ video feature on WWE.com showing off her other passion, jiu-jitsu. We’ve seen Eve show off some impressive moves in the ring of late including that armbar from the top turnbuckle and now we see where she all gets it from — the legendary Gracie family, or more specifically her trainer Rener Gracie.
I’m going to guess that the timing of this video is not a coincidence, I guess WWE wants the fans to really meet their new Divas Champion and get behind her. There’s only so much you can accomplish on Raw with a two minute segment and thus far, Eve has come across as pretty generic. However, supplementing that with videos like this gives you a feel of who she is and her personality which is great.
