NXT UK Women’s Champion Kay Lee Ray successfully retained her title against Piper Niven last week. With that being said, where does this leave the division, and who will be her next opponent? Ray will be addressing the NXT UK’s women’s division next week in a State of the Union.
Jinny may be a possible next opponent for Ray. After Ray was able to retain against Niven last week, Jinny was behind the barricade watching Ray’s celebration. Perhaps Jinny is next in line for a shot at the title?
Speaking of Jinny, she did return to action on this week’s NXT UK where she faced Xia Brookside. The Fashionista was able to put away the rising star with a submission. After the match, Jinny warns everyone that we haven’t seen the best of her just yet and she is tired of playing nice.
