Becky and Natalya dominated the beginning of the match, hitting Dana and Charlotte with as many tag team maneuvers as they could. Charlotte and Dana would find a way to mount a comeback, changing up their strategy by keeping Natalya at bay to prevent any tags to Becky from being made.
As the match neared the end, Natalya would set up the WWE Women’s Champion in her signature Sharpshooter lock but Dana would make the save before Charlotte could tap out. Dana would use a close guarding Becky as a weapon, tossing her towards Natalya causing the two women to collide. Charlotte would use the moment to hit her Natural Section finisher and put Natalya down for the three count.
After the match, Dana and Charlotte would savor their victory while an emotional Natalya took out some bottled frustration out on partner Becky Lynch. Natalya appeared upset by her attack on Becky, shedding a few tears as she left the ring, leaving Becky behind and completely blindsided.
