Tonight’s NXT episode has many women advertised for the show including an NXT Women’s Tag Team Championship match.
For the first time since winning the titles from The Way, Io Shirai & Zoey Stark will put their titles on the line against Kacy Catanzaro & Kayden Carter. Catanzaro & Carter have been on a bit of a winning streak as they have been undefeated for the past few months. Shirai has made it very clear that she isn’t close with her tag team partner, will this hinder her in keeping gold around her waist.
Also in action for the first time in an NXT ring, tonight will be Mei Ying. An opponent at this time has not been announced. Xia Li has not been seen with the Tian Sha stable over the past few weeks but Ying has still been accompanying Boa.
Indi Hartwell and Dexter Lumis are set to tie the knot next week, but tonight they will share their recent bachelorette and bachelor parties that took place over the weekend.
NXT Women’s Champion Raquel Gonzalez defeated Jessi Kamea last week but has Franky Monet knocking at the door for a title shot. Mandy Rose, Gigi Dolin, and Jacy Jayne have formed a tight-knit unit to where Dolin & Jayne rushed to the aide of Rose last week after she was kicked in the face by Sarray. Elektra Lopez recently joined Legardo del Fantasma, will we see any progression between her and B-Fab with Hit Row?
