Last month several new recruits made their way to the performance center, signaling that an up and coming crop of women will take the women’s division by storm in the coming months.

Now Kimberly Frankele, aka Kimber Lee, Dori Prange, aka Heidi Lovelace, and MaryKate Duignan Glidewell, aka Andrea, are speaking out as to what being called to NXT means to them.

In a new WWE exclusive video all three women explain what women’s wrestling means to them:

Heidi explains that a girl like her would have never been hired several years ago. Kimber says that it doesn’t matter where you came from or what type of person you are, you can do anything. And Andrea reflects on how long its taken her to get here.

Kimber and Heidi have already appeared during live NXT house shows.

While Andrea continues training at the performance center.
