Potential names mentioned for WWE’s Superstar Search

It was reported at the end of January that WWE is collaborating with Bunim-Murray on a reality show to find the next female WWE Superstar. Although all the details haven’t been fully announced, it has been concluded that the casting has wrapped up. The cast has yet to be revealed, but according to Squared Circle Sirens, a few names have been contacted for production.

The names on the list suggests that the WWE Superstar Search will have a mixture of a Diva Search combined with a possible Tough Enough influence. The names include a combination of indie trained wrestlers along with singers and models. A few of the names revealed have also had prior training, tryouts, or even participated as enhancement talents for WWE.

A few of the names are the list include the following:

Lady Frost received a tryout for WWE in December. Her background includes gymnastics prior to wrestling. She faced off against Asuka as an enhancement talent on a WWE televised event.

Tasha Steelz is the current Chaotic Wrestling Women’s Champion. She has three years in the business and has studied and trained at IWF Wrestling Training School and Team Adams Academy located in New Jersey.

Karissa Rivera – who had a tryout at the same time Lady Frost did – competes as a second generation independent wrestler. She wrestled Lacey Evans on an episode of NXT.

Nicole Marie is a transgender independent wrestler from California. She trains at Gold Rush Pro Academy and is a bodybuilder.

Lexus Amanda is the singer for the band Blacklisted Me. She is also credited as a hair stylist, photographer and a makeup artist.
