Several names offered WWE developmental contracts from Las Vegas tryouts

Ahead of SummerSlam taking place in Las Vegas this Saturday, WWE held tryouts in which several names were offered developmental contracts. In that group at least seven women (along with seven men) were shown receiving the good news by Triple H on a video that was posted on WWE’s social media.

Of those that were shown, here are the following women who have been invited to Orlando, Fla. to start their training.

Faith Jefferies

Jamara Garrett

Natalie Holland

Sydney Zmrzel

Jaylen Williams

Brooke Vawter

Kellie Morga

Jefferies is known on the independent scene and goes by the stage name Faithy J and The Lioness in WOW (Women of Wrestling). She is 22yo and is a Las Vegas native. You can check the video below of RAW Women’s Champion Nikki A.S.H. congratulating her.

On WWE.com, Zmrzel discusses what has driven her to get to the WWE:

“I cheered for the Los Angeles Rams and went all the way to the Super Bowl and our team lost,” Zmrzel said. “I then cheered for the Phoenix Suns and went all the way to the NBA Finals and our team lost. I’m at this point in my life where I’m sick and tired of my championships being left in the hands of men who can’t finish the job. That’s why I’m here in the WWE; to take my championship into my own hands.”

“You walk into this room and you’re looking at Triple H and all the coaches and it’s very intimidating but also exciting,” Zmrzel said. “I love this. This is my heart and soul. It’s everything that I love, from athleticism to entertainment and getting to interact with so many amazing athletes; it’s incredible. I still can’t believe I’m going to be going out to Orlando to train at NXT.”

Congratulations to all of the new recruits.
