Tonight at Slammiversary, a new Knockouts Champion was crowned.

What was supposed to have been a one-on-one match between Knockouts Champion Jade and Sienna became a triple threat match when executive manager Billy Corgan inserted Gail Kim to the title match. This after he favored Maria Kanellis not being able to compete in Gail’s original match against Maria.

During the now triple threat match, Gail and Jade initially worked together to take down Sienna. As the match came down to the wire, it would be every woman for herself. Sienna managed to hit her AK47 finisher to the champ but a near by Gail Kim would seize the moment by hitting Sienna with an Eat Defeat. Just when it appeared that Gail had the match won, an interfering Allie would break Gail’s pin by pulling her to the outside, commencing an exchange between Gail and Maria at ringside.

The two remaining Knockouts would soon be in for a surprise when Marti Bell would enter from the crowd, attacking her former Dollhouse partner in the back with a crowbar. The surprise attacked allowed for Sienna to pin Jade for three count and win the Knockouts title for the first time in her TNA career.
