Tenille Dashwood announces she’s a free agent

Tenille Dashwood is officially a free agent. The now-former Ring of Honor star made the announcement on her social media accounts, with the caption “Free agent. Happy, healthy, & healed.”

As previously reported, Tenille’s ROH contract expired at the end of this month, but it’s unclear if she is still in negotiations with the company to sign a new contract. In addition, the Aussie native confirmed she has been given a clean bill of health.

Dashwood made her return back in January after she was forced to take time off to deal with a reoccurring skin condition and undergo shoulder surgery. She hasn’t competed in a match with ROH since she unsuccessfully challenged Sumie Sakai for the Women of Honor Championship at Death Before Dishonor XVI on Sept. 28, 2017.

Initial reports suggested she was still in negotiations with Ring of Honor to sign a new deal, but Dashwood’s posts imply she has chosen to become a free agent. We will provide an update when more information is available. For now, it’s reassuring to know Tenille is healthy and ready to compete again.
