Today in History: Terri Runnels ditches Edge and Christian

On this day in history:

March 16th, 2000 | Terri Runnels was a very effective manager, but fickle as well. After ditching The Hardy Boyz – who had won her services in the “Terri Invitational Tournament” – she aligned herself with Edge and Christian. It wasn’t long, though, before she ditched them as well, effectively costing them a Tag Team Title match against The Dudley Boyz. When Terri made her triumphant exit, the Hardys appeared, grabbing her and tossing her back into the ring. She would be speared by Edge, finally receiving punishment for all of her “devilish” deeds.
