Taylor Wilde’s comeback confirmed and huge six-woman tag kicked off IMPACT’s return to Thursday nights

IMPACT Wrestling made its welcome return to Thursday nights for the go-home show before Saturday’s Hardcore Justice. The show kicked off with a huge six-woman tag team match. Plus two big reveals.

The match had Rosemary, Jordynne Grace and Havok vs Nevaeh, Tenille Dashwood and Alisha Edwards. All six women will clash in a Six-Way Weapons Match to determine the number one contender for the IMPACT Knockouts Championship at Hardcore Justice.

The match saw all competitors six throw down. Rosemary and Grace looking particularly good throughout. Dashwood tried to make a run for it before Grace took out her assistant Kaleb with a suicide dive. The distraction allowed the Instagram celebrity to take control of the match but a hot tag to Rosemary from Grace turned the tide.

Nevaeh and Havok, who broke up bitterly last week, battled on the ring apron before crashing through the table.

Rosemary caught Edwards mid-dive and hit her with the Red Wedding for the victory. If this match is anything to go by their match at Hardcore Justice is going to be utter carnage.

The return of Taylor Wilde has been teased for weeks. Her comeback was confirmed last night with the same hype video but this time the caption read “Let’s get Wilde!”

Wilde’s comeback was not the only returned teased this week. Susan was acting erratically all night and after losing a match against Jazz on BTI she was dazed and confused. Deonna Purrazzo attended to her as a doctor entered the room. He uttered the words “your time has come come”. The screen shook and distorted seemingly triggering the memory of the Undead Bride Su Yung.

Speaking of Deonna Purrazzo, the Knockouts champion defend the title against Jazz in a Title vs Career match at Hardcore Justice. Purrazzo says she respects Jazz for everything she has done but her accomplishments will shadow in comparison to what the Virtuoso will achieve.

IMPACT played a phenomenal video package highlighting Jazz’s amazing and groundbreaking career. Jazz speaks about her time in ECW, WWE, and coming out of retirement to join IMPACT. She ends the vignette saying she will do whatever it takes to win on Saturday.

What did you make of all the goings-on from IMPACT this week? Let us know in the comments below and stay tuned for Hardcore Justice Discussion Post this Saturday.
