At the twenty-ninth WrestleMania, Brie and Nikki Bella were set to team with Cody Rhodes and Damien Sandow to take on the team of Cameron, Naomi, Brodus Cla, and Tensai.
However, the match was dropped from the card at the last minute, the WWE citing time constraints. The match would take place the next night on Raw, with the Funkadactyls and Tons of Funk picking up the win.
The backstage drama associated with the match’s cancellation would be featured on an episode of Total Divas, leading some to believe that the match was booked with the intention of pulling it to create drama for the reality show.
