WWE announces Sasha Banks injury

Earlier this week, the WWE announced that Alexa Bliss was pulled from the Season 2 premiere of the Mixed Match Challenge due to an injury. Bliss was originally set to compete alongside Braun Strowman for the mini series but was replaced with Ember Moon for the time being.

The WWE have now announced a second injury ahead of next week’s episode of the Mixed Match Challenge, this time for Sasha Banks.

Cathy Kelly breaks the news below, revealing that an injured Sasha Banks will be replaced by Mickie James, who will now team up with Bobby Lashley for the Mixed Match.

There are currently no details behind Sasha’s reported injury but we will provide any updates as they come in.

Mickie James and Bobby Lashley will take on the team of Alicia Fox and Jinder Mahal for week two of Mixed Match Challenge.
