The Kabuki Warriors are back together, at least for Evolution.
On the July 7 episode of Raw, Asuka made the save for Kairi Sane. Sane took on one-half of the WWE Women’s Tag Team Champions, Roxanne Perez. Raquel Rodriguez was at ringside.
The final moments of the match Sane setting up for the InSane elbow, but Rodriguez pulled Perez out from the ring. Sane took both tag champs out on the outside. Back in the ring, Perez went for Pop Rox, but Sane was able to get her into a backslide to get the pin and the win.
Post match, the two-on-one attack ensued as Asuka came down to make the save.
Shortly later in Adam Pearce’s office, he confirmed that Asuka and Sane would reunite for Evolution and take the Raw spot in the Fatal Four Way match for the WWE Women’s Tag Team Titles. The NXT was also confirmed to be Zaria and the NXT Women’s North American Champion, Sol Ruca. So this means that Perez and Rodriguez will be defending against The Kabuki Warriors, ZaRuca, and Charlotte Flair & Alexa Bliss.
