It seems as though we are finally getting the return of former three-time WWE Divas Champion, AJ Lee.
According to the latest report by Fightful Select, WWE sources have indicated that Lee is set to return to the ring, as reiterated on WOL. According to Bryan Alvarez of the Wrestling Observer, Lee will be making her in-ring return at Wrestlepalooza on Sept. 20. The match will be a mixed tag team with Lee teaming up with CM Punk to face Becky Lynch and Seth Rollins.
WWE sources further tell Fightful Select that most in the company consider it a forgone conclusion that she will be announced or be at this Friday’s SmackDown.
