A week from tomorrow, we head to TNA’s Victory Road, but tonight on TNA Impact, we look to settle some past grudges before the big pay-per-view.
Early in the night, Tasha Steelz and Alisha Edwards get into it as the forces of Order 4 and The System break into chaos.
Backstage, George Iceman of The Elegance Brand talks with Dani Luna. Tonight, Luna faces Indi Hartwell after weeks of bad blood. He suggests that she rough up Hartwell just enough before Hartwell’s TNA Knockouts World Championship match against Ash By Elegance at Bound For Glory.
We are also in Minneapolis, and former TNA Knockout ODB is in the Impact Zone tonight, of course, here to promote her food truck.
Victoria Crawford is back with her Mentor U podcast and invites Jody Threat. Crawford talks about friendship, and Threat is utterly confused. Gia Miller interrupts and reveals that she went to Santino Marella and asked to lift Tessa Blanchard’s suspension. She reminds Crawford that if Blanchard puts her hands on her one more time, she will “f*** her up.”
It’s six-Knockouts tag team action tonight as the IInspiration and Masha Slamovich team up to go against The Elegance Brand. Both the IInspiration and Slamovich have championship matches coming up at Victory Road, and they hope to build some momentum tonight.
Slamovich is feeling the IInspiration tonight and works in sync against Heather By Elegance.
The Elegance Brand tries to make a run for it, but play their dirty tricks again. Jessie McKay is cornered from her team, and Ash By Elegance is hiding behind the announcer’s desk. McKay makes the hot tag out to Slamovich, and with the help of Cassie Lee, they gain the advantage.
However, Iceman slides in one of the TNA Knockouts World Tag Team Championships in the ring. And with the distraction, Ash throws champagne into the eyes of Lee. With M By Elegance legal in the ring, she rolls her up with some leverage to pick up the win.
Next up, Hartwell and Luna finally get their hands on each other after their friendship was broken up weeks ago. Hartwell gets the best of Luna in the early goings of the match, but ends up getting caught up on the ropes due to Luna.
Hartwell fights back against the pressure and heads to the top rope. Luna rolls away, but plays possum as she attacks Hartwell with a steel chair. She is determined that Hartwell doesn’t make it to Bound For Glory.
The team of Lei Ying Lee and Xia Brookside is only getting stronger as they now have a team name. They are going by The Angel Warriors.
Xplosion this week had tag team action where the unlikely pairing of Rosemary and Killer Kelly defeated Harley Hudson and Myla Grace.
