Kris Statlander will be in action on this Wednesday’s Dynamite. She became the new AEW Women’s World Champion after defeating Toni Storm in a Four Way at All Out on Saturday. Also involved in that match were Thekla and Jamie Hayter. By winning the title, Statlander has become the first woman in history to have held both the AEW Women’s World Championship and the TBS Championship. She is the tenth woman overall to win the top prize in the past six years.
Statlander will be facing the Interim ROH Women’s TV Champion Mina Shirakawa with her newly won title on the line. Shirakawa will look to avenge Storm in this match.
