Harley Cameron has earned herself a championship bout for the ROH Women’s World Title against current “forever” champion, Athena.
Cameron pinned Athena on this week’s AEW Dynamite in tag team action. It was herself and Willow Nightingale who defeated the star studded team of Athena and Mercedes Moné. This advanced them to the semi-finals of the AEW Women’s Tag Team Tournament.
Athena is currently sitting at 1,063 days and counting as champion. She won the belt from Mercedes Martinez in December, 2022. Athena has gone on to defend the belt, 31 times, but has yet to defend against Harley.
