In a complete shocker, the EVOLVE Women’s Champion Kendal Grey is your 2025 Iron Survivor.
On Dec. 6 at NXT Deadline, five women entered the Iron Survivor Challenge Match and a nail biting finished had Grey get a third decision to get the win. She will be facing Jacy Jayne for the NXT Women’s Championship at New Year’s Evil on Jan. 6.
The match was probably one of the most climatic Iron Survivor Challenges ever. All five women had two decisions in a five way tie until the last second of the match. The final moments had Sol Ruca hit Lola Vice with a Sol Snatcher on the outside. Vice was rolled back into the ring, but Ruca couldn’t capitalize as Kelani Jordan emerged from the penalty box to try and get the winning fall. She took out Ruca.
Jordan executes a 450 splash on Vice, but Grace breaks up the pin. Grace dumps Jordan out of the ring, but Jordan yanked Grace out of the ring as well so she coildn’t capitalize. Grey emerged from the penalty box with 10 seconds to spare and hits Shades of Grey on Vice from the top rope to get the pin and the final fall to win.
Fatal Influence emerged on the ramp after the match as Jayne saw who she would face at New Year’s Evil.
