NXT General Manager Ava has announced her departure from NXT and WWE. She has decided not to renew her contract.
In a message on her social media, Ava writes:
Ava, real name Simone Johnson, signed with WWE in 2020 and first started training to wrestle. She would be the voice of the faction Schism and had a few matches. In 2023, she shifted to the General Manager role in NXT per William Regal’s blessing.
