Tyra Mae Steele took to her social media on March 12 to ask a question about a dream she had. She put up a poll that stated the following –

“On a weekend off working for WWE,
I went back to Olympic wrestling, won gold at Worlds, prize purse was $350000….
Tried to go back to WWE that Monday.
They moved me up to Raw, just to tell me they had to let me go bc I went behind their back….

Sean Ross Sapp of Fightful has confirmed with WWE sources that Tyra Mae Steele has NOT been released by WWE. She was simply polling fans about a dream she had as her post indicated.

Steele was the first season winner of WWE’s LFG program and has been working on EVOLVE.

WWE tells Fightful Tyra Mae Steele has not been released.
