Lena Kross may be the newest to join AEW’s women’s roster, but she has a huge weekend to make a name for herself.
On Saturday’s Collision, Kross faced Mina Shirakawa and secured a major victory. The closing moments saw Kross deliver a big boot to Shirakawa’s face before finishing the match with a Jackhammer. The win gives Kross valuable momentum heading into Revolution, where she is scheduled to compete in two matches.
On the preshow for Regolution on March 15, Kross will be challenging Willow Nightingale for the AEW TBS Championship. Then on the main show, she will team with Megan Bayne and challenge Nightingale and Harley Cameron for the AEW Women’s World Tag Team Championships.
On Collision, Triangle of Madness were in action and made short work of Viva Van, Tatevik, and Karisma.
Also at Revolution, Thekla will defend the AEW Women’s World Championship against the woman she beat for it, Kris Statlander. The last time these two collided was in a strap match where Thekla took the gold. This time, they meet in a 2 out of 3 falls match.
Lastly, at Revolution, Toni Storm goes up against Marina Shafir.
