Hanan is this year’s Cinderella Tournament winner in STARDOM. She defeated Rina in the finals over the weekend, making it the second year in a row that Rina was runner up. This marks a second Cinderella Tournament win for Hanan as she won in 2024. There she challenged Saori Anou for the Wonder of Stardom Title in a losing effort.
Hanan becomes one of three women to win the tournament twice in their career. This is behind the inaugural back-to-back winner Mayu Iwatani in 2015 & 2016, along with Mirai who took the win in 2022 & 2023.
It has been confirmed that Hanan will challenge again for the Wonder of Stardom Title. Currently, the champion is Konami.
At Sunday’s event, the CMLL Japanese Women’s Championship was on the line. A new champion was crowned as India Sioux defeated Hazuki to bring back the title to CMLL. Hazuki held the title for 155 days. The title has not been in the hands of a CMLL talent since September. This is Sioux’s first time as champion.
