Former TNA Knockouts World Champion Rosemary discussed recently her thoughts on the current NXT Women’s North American Champion, Tatum Paxley. Paxley is also a former NXT Women’s Champion and has shared the ring with Rosemary during NXT/TNA crossover matches. This would be when Paxley was teamed up with Lyra Valkyria and Rosemary had Wendy Choo as a tag team partner between the two companies.
While speaking to Soundsphere, Rosemary commented highly on Paxley –
“[WWE NXT’s] Tatum Paxley… we absolutely adore her. There’s a genuine enthusiasm there. She’s got a wonderful following… and to allow her to be this alternate character that she is, and to show that kind of love for what she is… her true self on television… She’s a champion. Ten years ago, someone like her is a mid-card act, never a champion, because she’s just a weird kid, well, she is now. There is more of acceptance for weird kids like her, like us… like so many countless others out there.”
Paxley has recently defeated Izzi Dame for the NXT Women’s North American Title and retained in a cage match last week. She is looking ahead to a former champion, Blake Monroe. As for Rosemary, she has recently re-signed with TNA.
