AEW’s Blood And Guts event is quickly approaching. It is set for next week on Nov. 12 during Dynamite and will be the first time that the women get to participate in this style of match for the company. The match will see 12 women, but we have to find out who will get the advantage to the match. Blood And Guts will see a team of Kris Statlander, Willow Nightingale, Harley Cameron, Queen Aminata, Jamie Hayter, and Toni Storm taking on Mercedes Mone, Megan Bayne, Marina Shafir, Skye Blue, Julia Hart, and Thekla.
It has been confirmed that possibly three matches will take place between tomorrow’s Dynamite and Saturday’s episode of Collision to determine who gets the advantage. First, Queen Aminata takes on Megan Bayne. Second, we have Jamie Hayter taking on Skye Blue. If, after the second match, we have a winner from both sides of the Blood & Guts match, then we proceed to a tiebreaker third match, which would take place on Collision. That would be between Harley Cameron and Thekla.
Also set for Dynamite is another first-round match in the AEW Women’s Tag Team Title tournament. This tournament is to decide who the inaugural champions will be. Last week, Sisters of Sin (Skye Blue & Julia Hart) advanced over Jamie Hayter and Queen Aminata. This week, we will have a match between Mercedes Mone and Athena, who will take on Harley Cameron and Willow Nightingale.
