The TBS Women’s Championship Tournament continues on tonight’s AEW Dynamite. It continues with a first-round match-up that has Jamie Hayter taking on the Queenslayer, Anna Jay.
Names that have already advanced to the quarter-finals are Ruby Soho and Hikaru Shida. They will be facing Kris Statlander and Nyla Rose respectively.
The winner between Anna and Hayter will go on to face Thunder Rosa and the final first-round match takes place this Friday on Rampage with Red Velvet challenging The Bunny. The winner between Velvet and Bunny will face Jade Cargill in the next round.
Cont’s last title shot was against Hikaru Shida back on an April episode of Dynamite. Baker last successfully defended the title against Ruby Soho in September. What final build will Baker and Conti receive as their match is in just 10-days?
