AEW talent Queen Aminata has provided a health update, and it is positive news.
There were many plans for Aminata in the back half of 2025. However, a health concern at the end of October left her unable to compete. It was later confirmed that neck tightness initially prevented her from being cleared. She was planned to take part in the first-ever women’s Blood And Guts match and was originally in the ROH Women’s Pure Title tournament to crown an inaugural champion. Both plans were halted by this injury.
Aminata wrote on her social media –
“5 months ago, I could barely walk without pain. Training was impossible. Sleep was miserable. My neck and spine were on fire… but the hardest battle was mental. Today, I’m moving again. Pain free. Time to rebuild.”
There is no word on when Aminata will return at the time of this writing.
