Athena is still looking for her way to AEW’s All In this coming July. All In takes place in Athena’s home state of Texas.
Athena attempted to make her way to the finals of the Owen Hart Cup but was stopped in a dream match loss to Mercedes Mone. Mone faces Jamie Hayter later today at the Double or Nothing event. The winner of the Owen Hart Cup will go on to get an AEW Women’s World Title Match.
Athena made a social media post that she may be at home, but she is paying very close to the event. She has held the ROH Women’s World Championship for nearly 900 days.
