Becky Lynch On The Four Horsewomen Story: “It’ll Never Lose Its Luster”

The Four Horsewomen (Bayley, Sasha Banks, Becky Lynch, and Charlotte Flair) will forever be remembered in WWE. Although not always aligned, not always foes, these four women revolutionized women’s wrestling today.

On a recent podcast, Charlotte Flair mentioned the Four Horsewomen as being her Mount Rushmore. In a different interview with Becky Lynch on The Cheap Heat, Lynch was asked what her thoughts were on that answer.

“Honestly, I can’t disagree. That’s a great answer. Really did change the game. We changed the game. This is the first year, in ten years, where you haven’t had one of the Four Horsewomen in one of the world title matches. You’ve got me in the Intercontinental Title match, and that’s more important, more interesting, bigger, better represented than the world titles have been. Who do you have to thank for that? Me, one of the Four Horsewomen. On the Mount Rushmore. We’re a great foursome. never really aligned altogether, but we did great work. We’re still doing great work. We’re all doing great work. People love our work.”

When asked more on if we are going to see all four women together in a story again, Lynch explained:

“Well, we’re not all here. We’re not all here. Three of us are, yes. And the door is always open, I think, for Sasha. So I think that is one of those things that you can always go back to at any time, at any point, and it’ll always be awesome. It’ll always be fantastic.

We’ll always have interesting stories with the depth of history that we can touch and scratch and go over, and always come back to it, and it’ll never lose its luster.”
